Beautiful location right on the beach. It was a nice touch to have credit at a local business that delivered chairs, umbrellas, etc for the beach.

We had a wonderful time at cottage 1415. Ryan was extremely responsive. We loved being able to cook and eat while looking directly out to the beach. The lanai allowed us to keep the large sliding door & window wide open, which was my favorite.
The beach was unbeatable- private, great shelling, amazing sunsets, & we saw countless dolphins. Walking outside directly onto the beach was priceless, especially with kids. Theres also a great pool directly behind the condo.
The beach gear credit is a great bonus of this property as it made our beach days easy (get the wagon). We travelled with two small children and highly recommend Posh Baby Equipment Rentals for any baby items.
Though the island itself feels very safe, being on the resort was an added level of comfort. The resort has a farmers market on Tuesdays with lots of local goodies.
I recommend getting groceries before you get to Sanibel/Captiva, or do grocery delivery.
