Description
Experience Captiva Island by staying in a completely updated 3 bedroom direct gulf front condo at the South Seas Island Resort. Our top floor beach villa has sleeping for up to 8 guests and access to the association amenities including multiple heated pools, tennis courts, bbq grills, laundry and of course the world famous Captiva Island beaches. Completely updated throughout. The main level features two bedrooms and two bathrooms both with king sized beds. Upstairs is a bedroom in the loft with two fulls and full bathroom. Please note that there is no elevator in this building and it's on the 2nd floor. We're also not part of the resort meaning that you won't have access to the resort amenities including the north end pool complex, resort restaurants or eateries, the 9 hole golf course, trolley or other resort amenities. While you won't have resort access, you won't need it as our association provides access to multiple pools as part of the Beach Villas, tennis courts, bbq grills, the beach, laundry and more. There are several wonderful restaurants just outside the gates of the resort and being at the South End, you can easily get into the Village area of Captiva for shops and dining. You'll also never pay a resort fee, save about 50% compared to resort rates and choose your exact unit ... such as ours which is completely renovated. We'll look forward to welcoming you soon to South Seas Beach Villa 2028.

We had a great time in Captiva. Nicole and Ryans condo was spotless - the shelling was great and the gulf water was a respite from the heat. Its great seeing Sanibel and Captive recovering from Ian! Will definitely stay again.

Great property, great location, quick responses, and very clean. The real quality is their attention to details: accessories for the beach (toys, towels, chairs, cooler), no squeaky beds or floors, mosquito trap on the porch, night lights on the outlets, etc. Easy access to the beach and pool with multiple washing stations at the bottom of each staircase.

Excellent location right on the beach with beautiful views of the beach and ocean from the screened in porch. The condo is spacious, clean, updated, and exactly as depicted in the photos. My kids loved the spiral staircase and being able to stay in upstairs bedroom/loft. Beach chairs and umbrellas and tools for playing in the sand and finding shells are provided. We loved the condo and location and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home! We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful home for our stay. The views are wonderful, the home is kept in pristine condition, we had everything we needed. They have a lot of toys for the kids, umbrellas for the beach, cooler to take to the beach, three beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen has everything you could ask for and much more. We will definitely be staying here again. It was also very nice to know that If we had any questions the owners Ryan and Nicole always answered back right away. The beach villa is even better than described on AirBnB.. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you might want during a stay on Captiva, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. The owners are super responsive and answered any question within an hour. There are multiple pools to swim in and the beach villa faces the ocean which is only a three minute walk away. We would highly recommend this place and will likely book it again in the future.

Amazing location, literally steps to the beach, and wasnt crowded with tourists. Luckily happened upon the Farmers Market while we were there. Ryan and Nicole are quick to respond and we had such a great time we extended our stay. You wont be disappointed.
