Ryan and Nicoles condo was in a great location - easy quick access to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. They are great hosts -very attentive and responsive.

We did have a few start up questions for Ryan & Nicole. They took very good care of us!!! Response time was amazingly and followed up on everything. I definitely would use them again. The house was one, if not the best we have stayed at. We are a large family with 14-16 travelers and it is difficult to rent a place that will accommodate our group. Priced reasonably, house was very clean and all the features that we needed!! We did cook some and the kitchen is superb!!!! We may try it again next year if we travel to the same area. I cant thank the two of them enough for being so helpful!!!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We visited during the off season, so the island was quiet and relaxing. The storage closest was well stocked with beach gear, which was a nice bonus. Ryan and Nicole were very helpful and provided clear information about how everything worked. Overall, a wonderful experience wed definitely stay again!

We ended up at Ryan and Nicole's after another Airbnb host double booked us into the same unit we actually arrived to find the people in the apartment. (Really check the reviews on Airbnb because the other host was not a super host and was dinged for brusque communication.) Ryan and Nicole are super hosts and their unit is run by a team of people who were very responsive. The place was welcoming and inviting and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate them accommodating us

Great location on the beach. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Very private and quiet.

I enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved sitting out on the screened in patio.

We stayed here with our 4 kids on a trip with friends staying in other condos. We loved the location by the tennis courts as we played multiple times a day. Its location to both the pool and the beach for shelling was ideal. I came to Blind Pass as a young child and it is just as precious with updates from the last few hurricanes. We will absolutely be coming back and would love to stay in this condo! Highly recommend.

There was not much need to have direct communication except for the day of arrival. The reservation process and the digital access to the property, the information emails received prior to arrival - all these made the process seamless. Excellent communication and perfe3ct instructions.

We took advantage of the $350 credit offered through VayKLife to get a weekly rental of a kayak and a paddle board. That was a great extra to the vacation! Thank you.

Bottom line - You cant go wrong with unit 704 but I would wait until the Marina is complete. And, let South Seas do whatever it is they think they need to do and enjoy the rest of the island.
