Our first time back to South Seas since the hurricane. So much has changed. Ryans place was very nice

We had a wonderful time at villa 2028. It was comfortable and decorated super cute. I appreciate the special little touches, like a nightlight in the primary bedroom's bathroom. It had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. The view of the beach and gulf was gorgeous. And it's an easy walk along the beach to the nearby restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay at Sundial C408. Ryan was responsive to our needs and communicated often.

Quiet, beautiful area! Beds (master bedroom and living room sofa bed)were very comfy!

This hotel style room was the perfect place for my solo trip to Sanibel. The private beach access sold me on it, but the space was exactly what I needed. Updated bathroom, big comfy bed, plenty of linens, refrigerator/freezer, AC and ceiling fan, and I loved that the shared laundry was new/clean/well-maintained. The price is right, the location is sweet, and the hosts are very kind and attentive.

Great quiet condo. Awesome view of the beach with barefoot access. Osprey nest nearby was an added bonus. Beautiful beaches and they even supplied great weather for our entire stay!!!

My stay was very nice. Ryan was always helpful and answered any questions timely . The villa was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The pool and hot tub were amazing!

We had a wonderful time at the beach cottage. Great location and easy access to the beach! The kids and adults had a blast. I definitely recommend staying here if you're looking to have a relaxing weekend out on Captiva.

Stayed for the weekend for a wedding and it was great! Had everything we needed, very clean and spacious. Close to everything - walking distance. Ryan was so very responsive and helpful throughout the entire weekend.

Perfect stay for a chill and relaxing weekend. Close proximity to beach and a restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean, and spacious. Ryan was responsive and attentive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend! The condo was very clean and we especially liked the screened porch! amazing views! The osprey nest was so cool! We enjoyed all the sea birds and especially loved the dolphins, the weather was perfect and the gulf sunsets are just spectacular. Cant wait to go back!

A beautiful little spot walking distance to the beach! Very clean and comfy, and Ryan was so responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Lets start at the top: 1: Ryan/Dream Vacations was exceptional with all communications, beginning to end. Very responsive! The best of all our trips to the Caribbean and West Coast. This was our first trip to the Gulf Coast, so we came away very satisfied with the experience. 2: The rental is as advertised. What was described and what you see in the listing photos is what you get. No surprises. 3. The kitchen, while a little dated(not a negative) was extremely well equipped. Every tool needed to cook was there and then some. 4. The rental, while a little dated(again, not a negative) was exceptionally clean. It was obvious they take great care in preparing the place for a stay. Very satisfied. Probably the cleanest rental we have encountered on our trips. 5. The location was indescribable with the walking distance to the beach. We were expecting the need to drive and it turned out we could make the walk everyday, easily.(And we arent spring chickens either) Quiet, peaceful!

Stayed here as a family getaway and the Palm and Shell in Captiva was beautiful and could not have asked for a better place to stay for a few days! The pool was great, the house had everything you needed and it was easy to find as it was labeled, and plenty of space! So close to the beach too, and was an added bonus there was beach equipment to leverage too. Definitely would recommend staying here!

The location of this property is perfect for what we love about Captiva island. The community is very well kept and quiet throughout. Overall loved the stay and area!

I had to text them once on how to get some more information, and they replied right away with what i was looking for.

The stay was wonderful, we had never book a place for a whole week before, and we wish we could have stayed longer. anything less would not have been enough. It was so nice, we could have stayed inside the whole time. But glad we didnt, as the restaraunts and beaches were also wonderful. A few trips to Ft Meyers beach area were also fun, we found we had the best beach, which had a private access short walk to the beach, with a wagon to help carry any extras you wanted to take with you. A great kayak launch which we did not use, but something we will try next time. A nice looking pool which again we did not try, as we were there for the beach.
