Couldnt be more close to the beach, and beautiful condo. Ryan and Nicole were very responsive and wonderful hosts.

Our condo had a perfect view of both the pool and the ocean. It was clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the way shells were used in every room. The kids loved riding the bikes to the Shack for ice cream every evening. A good time was had by all.

Our family had an incredible time. Relaxing and beautiful. Steps away from the beach and an amazing sunset view from the balcony.

The place was awesome! The location is great the beach is amazing and the sunsets are beautiful. The home is clean, pretty, and family-friendly. Having three bathrooms was perfect, especially for a group, since each bedroom has its own bathroom. Our stay was wonderful, and Ryan and Nicole were extremely responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

Ryan and Nicole's condo was the perfect location for our girls' getaway weekend. A few steps away from the water and a short golf cart ride to great restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and was decorated in a fun and relaxing way. I would highly recommend. We hope to come back and rent again as this condo helped make our girls' weekend perfect.

The Captiva Breeze home was perfect for our family during our annual reunion. Even though we were in vacationing in paradise, the home offered enough amenities to tempt us to stay at the house with the great amenities. In particular, I personally loved the hot tub and the pool. Other family members kept busy with the pool table and arcade games. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable for sleeping and the neighborhood was quiet for a great rest. I hope to visit again one day.

Blue Gulf 201 was immaculately clean, beautifully & comfortably decorated with all the kitchen items we needed. The condo has just been rebuilt, reopened and there were a few things we needed - an iron, a crock pot, a hose & spray nozzle for rinsing sandy feet & beach gear outside- that we added and left for others to use. We werent able to use the outdoor supply closet to stash our beach gear and no beach gear was provided. Dream Vacations gave us credit towards renting beach gear from VayKLife. I have never rented beach gear before and was disappointed in the quality of the rented beach chairs & umbrellas. For the cost of renting equipment, I could have bought nicer quality beach gear except the credits from Dream vacations brought the total rental cost below $100.

Phenomenal property in a beautiful location

We had such a great time in Captiva at Ryan and Nicoles place! The location to the beautiful beaches cant be beat ! The house was super clean , had a cute patio with a sunset view , and plenty of beach towels , chairs, and beach toys . This is our second stay with Ryan and Nicole and had a great experience each time .

We had a nice relaxing stay! Watching the beautiful sunsets right from the screened porch was amazing and the proximity to the beach was so convenient! Communication with Ryan and Nicole was great!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this ocean view condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, which made it easy to settle in and relax right away. The beachfront location was unbeatable. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying our coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play, was magical. The sunsets were breathtaking each nightevery evening felt like a postcard moment. Our family loved every part of this experience, from easy beach access to the peaceful, scenic surroundings. It was the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and nature. We cant wait to come back!

We had a memorable experience in Captiva. Beautiful, clean surroundings and amenities. Friendly people everywhere we went. Ryan and Nicole responded quickly to all questions and were attentive hosts.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and clean - loved the screened in porch. Happy to see a cooler, chairs, beach towels and umbrella to use on the beach. Just a short walk to the beach, great swimming days and beautiful sunsets. Many shells on beach - brought some home for crafts and decoration. Would stay again

What a perfect spot for our family-easy access, so close to the beach, close to Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, awesome shell museum, good restaurant near by. Condo was super clean and met all of our needs. Beach chairs and towels a great amenity! Our 9 & 10 yr old grandchildren loved coming back to the pool after shelling and beaching.... We had a great visit!!! Thanks so much Ryan and Nicole. The folks on Sanibel are so resilient and positive; seeing some of the destruction from Ian and the 3 hurricanes last year was so sad, but so much positive energy.

Ryan and Nicole are very thorough and communicate w quick responses and helped make our stay amazing for our daughters wedding! The condo was very comfortable and felt like home away from home!

Great location

Man, this is a secret Id like to keep to myself. Great location for families. Kids had their own queen sized beds, on the other side of the unit. Very peaceful location. First day we walked to the beach via the public park access, second day we found the private owners access - this led us to a different section of the beach where we were practically all by ourselves. Unit was fully renovated and modern, everything you need nothing you dont. We hope to return.

This is an awesome condo situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Out of the many places that I have vacationed in, this home by far had the best supplied kitchen. Everything and anything that you might need is there. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were right there for our frequent trips to the beach. Since the East End is my favorite location on Sanibel, we were so fortunate to be able to stay at Snug Harbor. Thanks, Nicole and Ryan for providing a beautiful backdrop for all of our memory making!
