Sanibel Island is a true treasure, best experienced at Blind Pass in condo F106, where everything you need for an enjoyable sunny getaway has been considered and made available during your stay! This spacious unit is completely remodeled and has a warm, welcoming vibe the moment you walk in. It sleeps 6-8 comfortably, with lots of room for relaxation and shared moments with family and friends. The island is such a great mix of both natural beauty and breezy, small town charm. Be sure to start your day well before the islands gorgeous sunrises, if youre interested in shelling. Bowmans Beach is among the best in the world for this adventure, and Blind Pass is the perfect place, as this beach is just a few minutes walk. Plan to eat breakfast on Sunday and the Farmers Market-I recommend anything from the Three Birds food truck! Too many awesome shops and restaurants to comment about, it's worth planning a vacation here to discover your favorite areas of Sanibel (and nearby Captiva) Island. Staying at F106 was such a wonderful experience and I'll be sure to come back again!

Flawless all around, no issues.

Blind Pass F106 is where we stayed. The property was clean and well maintained. The condo was very freshly renovated and has the most dazzling countertops I have ever seen! So many other little design touches and considerations with the decor and space overall. Very highly recommend F106 for its amazing aesthetic, peaceful vibes, and location in proximity to the Bowman Beach access. The pool is spacious, and the grill area is very well kept. 10/10 will be back again!

I LOVE Sanibel, and Villa Sanibel is a perfect location.

It was a nice, clean property with everything we needed for the week. We all had a great time, enjoyed beaches and local restaurants.

Amazing place!!

Very clean and comfy with everything I needed. The beach was about 1/4 mile away!!!! Easy walk! The bike path was even closer and so much fun. I took a beautiful ride up to Captiva, and if you enjoy activity, you really could function without a rental car. Jerrys is less than 6 miles away and a safe, fun ride. Rosalitas was also walkable and bike-able at 2 miles. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful Home and Gorgeous Views! We spent six nights in the condo and had an amazing time. The views are panoramic and so beautiful. We spent so much time watching all the activity on the water - pelicans, egrets, wood cranes, anhingas and dolphins! Watching the waves and boats was also fun and the sunsets were incredible! The beach was a short walk and we collected some beautiful shells. The area is peaceful and really lovely. The home is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated. The living room is so comfy, we watched a movie each night after the sunset. Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bedroom and bathroom were perfect. Bed was so comfortable and linens were lovely. We enjoyed all the restaurants - especially the Bubble Room and The Captiva House on Captiva and Doc Fords on Sanibel. Loved Ding Darling Park and the Shell Museum. Ryan answered the few questions we had very quickly. Thank you so much Ryan, we would love to come and stay again!

Beautiful condo! Beautiful location! Ocean front with immediate access to the beautiful Sanibel sugar sand beach! The Florida Gulf is one of our very favorite places to vacation, and our time here would have been picture-perfect had it not been for the very chilly weather during our stay. So thankful for the perfectly appointed balcony... we could sit in the sunshine, out of the wind, and still soak in the beautiful ocean view and breathe in the salty air. We loved this property and will be back!

Thank you Ryan for sharing your home with us. Everything was as advertised and the bonus was the hair dryer and curling iron (which I forgot to pack) in the bathroom. There were plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans and cooking accessories as well as beach and bath towels. The TV was a big plus. The beach was a short walk away. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. We contacted Ryan 2 times and he was very quick to respond back to us and to get Maintenance to fix the problem.

Great place for 2! The location was great for beach access and having the bikes was a plus. Sanibel Island has awesome bike paths . We would definitely book again! The king bed was very comfortable to our liking. Thank you Ryan for being a great host !

The unit was great, very quiet. Perfect location. Very clean and well furnished. Everything was clean and just as the pictures showed online. Ryan was helpful and very responsive. We would totally stay there again in the future. It was our first visit to Sanibel and we loved it.

Ryan's condo was fantastic! It was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, and had all the necessities/items you could want, especially in the kitchen! And yet somehow it was far less expensive than most of the other listings I looked at. Ryan was very helpful and responded quickly if I had any questions. I truly wish I could have stayed longer, and if I am lucky enough to get back to Sanibel next winter, I hope I will be able to stay there again. Thank you Ryan, for my wonderful vacation!
