Great location about two minutes from the Causeway. The unit was quiet and comfortable. I would rent again.

One of the very best places we stayed. Right on the beach, very clean and what a great view. Ryan was great to work with and everything was covered. Great stay highly recommended.

Amazing location. Loved our stay.

My sister and I booked Ryans condo as a last minute trip to escape the winter cold at home in VA. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, private, beautiful views, and theres also a bald eagles nest right outside the back deck with a mated pair, which was a very pleasant surprise. My camera roll might have more photos/videos of the eagles than of the ocean.Ryan was fantastic, easy to contact when needed and quick to get back to you. Our time spent here was just what we needed, only to return home to 12 inches of snow! Thank you, Ryan, for sharing your beautiful property, we plan to return again soon.

Great location for beach access! The place was very clean, homey and snug. The bed was: so comfortable and plenty of linen. Will def come back in the future.

Beautiful views. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Starter bath conveniences like shampoo/conditoner, soap, and lotion, dw and laundry detergent. Ryan was a great and responsive host. Most everything you need for a relaxing week on the islands (captiva &sanibel), otherwise its an hour on/off the island from this unit.

The house was exactly as we thought. Very clean, meet all our needs. Very good location for the short walk to the beach. Collected many nice shells. Enjoyed our two weeks in your lovely home. Thank you..

View of ocean was great.Sunsets very enjoyable. Patio was great. Access to beach was great and beach was wonderful.Resort was very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Ryan responded to texts and was helpful in getting necessary maintenance issue resolved. The condo was very quiet. We had access to the pool and hot tub which we used daily. Wish wed have been able to use the golf course around the condos. Beds were comfortable and the deck was a great place to enjoy dinner.

The house was perfect for our big family. We loved that you could close off the living areas from the sleeping areas. Everyone could sleep in and loved it. The beach is a short walking distance away even for the grandkids. We plan to make it our annual family vacation spot.

Lovely spot! The condo is exactly as pictured, views of the dunes immediately outside the sliders. (With the hurricane in 2023 they have built up and are restoring the dunes. As a first floor unit, the beach itself is not visible but the long view of the ocean is.) This is a place to relax and enjoy quiet, shelling, watching sea birds at play, osprey juveniles learning to fly, dolphins (literally!) jumping right in front of you, and exquisite sunsets. Ryan was incredibly receptive. Our coffee maker was finicky and he had a replacement there within 2 hours! Highly recommend this host and the property. We stayed over the weekend and there was no construction noise, but there is a lot of active rebuilding on the island.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a 5-night stay at Ryans place. It was a very comfortable condo within walking distance to the beach. It was very, very quiet. If we decide to return to Captiva Island next winter, we would strongly consider returning to Ryans place.

Was exactly what we expected. Cute and clean place . This was a short warm getaway for myself and my mother , so perfect accommodations. My mom wanted to stay back while I went looking for shells and she really enjoyed sitting on the porch or on the small wooden deck. The beach was a short walk away. I really liked this location .

Great place! Didnt have to pay resort fee for south seas but was still able to use their private beach across the street that was maybe a 20 second drive. Since it at the front of south seas, theres a lot of places to grab food and shopping. Just know that since its at the end of the island and25 minutes from anything else, food and other necessities are going to be quite almost double the price if your in town I recommend going to Publix before crossing the Sanibel bridge.

The unit was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldnt have been better - right on the beach with convenient access to nearby restaurants. We especially loved the stunning Gulf views, gorgeous sunsets, and the ease of stepping outside and being on the beach in moments. The host was also friendly and responsive! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable condo with an unbeatable view.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The place was immaculately clean and updated. The moment we entered we were amazed at the beautiful view of Pine Island Sound. We saw herons, pelicans, cormorants and osprey from the private lanai as we sat out there with our coffee each morning. We would love to return here next time we are in SW Florida.

Suraya was tranquil. The landscaping is outstanding and the amenities are wonderful. It is a luxurious home in a gated part of captiva. The set up is amazing for 4 couples. Plenty of rooms and a wonderful pool/jacuzzi beachside. Ryan was very responsive and catered to our every need. I have a new love for captiva and this home was well worth it

Ryan was an excellent host, he had great communication and our stay was excellent! The lake view was awesome along with the interior beach theme decor. The home is in a great location which was quiet, peaceful and walking distance to the local farmers market, library, CVS and local restaurants. Will definitely stay again and recommend!!!
