It is the perfect place, its absolutely amazing sitting on the patio at night watching the sunset and the moon over the ocean!! Will definitely stay here again again and again!!

The beach pass was a nice touch

Great location with easy parking and beach access. Very comfortable and clean accommodations (Bring coffee filters and coffee for the drip coffee maker). Very nice pool area. We would definitely stay again!

This stay was amazing. The views to the beach, the short 1 minute walk to the water, the restaurants nearby. Everything was great.

We booked Ryans place for our yearly besties vacay. It was our first time staying on Captiva Island. We couldnt have picked a better place! We truly enjoyed everything about the villa and the area. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach and the pool was right next to our building. The communication with Ryan was excellent. He always answered all my questions very promptly and politely. We are looking forward to staying again next year!

A really beautiful apartment that had exactly what we needed. It actually felt bigger than we were expecting. Ryan was incredibly proactive when we had an issue with the aircon and even fixed it remotely within 10 minutes of contacting him!! The location is perfect. Right on the beach which gifts you with fantastic sunsets each evening. The pool is so great. A big size and lovely and warm. The apartment is on the grounds of the south seas complex, which feels very safe and is kept really beautiful as you drive through and park. Captiva feels like a secret we shouldnt tell anyone as its so special. We definitely hope to return and will have Ryans apartment top of our list.

I loved the beachits spectacularand the house is great and well-equipped; I would come back.

Host is extremely responsive and helpful if/when you need it. Location of this stay couldnt be better, walking distance from the beach, and 15ish minutes from any restaurant or establishment youd want to go to which makes it feel private and off the beaten path enough but also close enough that you still feel connected. Very clean, no nonsense type vibe from the house. Electric door locks were a big plus and so was the attached laundry. We will be back!

We've been staying at South Seas for over a decade and have always admired the Land's End units but never got the chance to stay there until now. This unit was just breathtaking and perfect for us! It had plenty of space, privacy, essentials, and of course fantastic views of the bay and Redfish Pass. It was very hot during our stay (and the water temp was almost the same as the air!), but it was still worth sitting out on the balconies to watch the doplhins, manatees, stingrays and my sons fishing right off the rocks below (though the no-see-ums were rough in early morning and evening). Ryan was always very responsive and helpful! While the listing says they "include beach chairs and umbrella", it's actually a credit that you can use to rent those amenities from a local company that will deliver to the unit in advance of your arrival. We'll definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed the comfort and location of this great apartment. It was on the property of South Seas which had great shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The property was walking and/or biking accessible to many fun shops and the beach. My wife and I will definitely return in the near future.

Excellent place to stay! Sanddollar 7 was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The beach parking pass made beach access simple and convenient, and the quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway and would definitely return.

This house is unbelievably gorgeous! The views and sunrises were incredible. The house was very comfortable and clean and well stocked! Be sure to wear bug spray out on the patios (the no-see-ums can be bothersome). The house was truly the destination for our trip. What a wonderful place to enjoy with family! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful.

This was one of the best birthday trips Ive taken. Such an amazing place to stay. The ac was so cold when we got in the place, beach access here is so amazing its a private beach with no crowds of people. 10/10 would recommend. We will be staying here again in the future.

Ryans place on Sanibel exceeded our expectations! The place is immaculate and beautifully designed. The view was stunning! Living area is big and comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Beds very comfortable. Stocked with games for lazy evenings. Pool was wonderful especially with entertaining our very energetic grandsons after a hot day doing all the things! Great restaurants nearby my favorites The Timbers, Doc Fords. I highly recommend this place for view, comfort and location.

We cannot even put into words how much we enjoyed our stay on Sanibel Island. The condo was immaculate. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful pool. Gas grills available. Just simply perfect! We did not want to leave!!!

I was already familiar with Loggerhead Cay so I knew what to expect. Met expectations

My husband and I have been unwinding at the South Seas in Captiva off and on for over 40 years. Ryans place is our perfect get away. Thank you Ryan!
