We definitely plan on making this our new place to stay every July moving forward. Hopefully you can fix the tv/internet issue.

GREAT. WE HAD A PLUMBING PROBLEM AND IT WAS FIXED QUICKLY. THE SCREEN DOOR TO THE BACK PORCH WAS PULLED LOOSE, IT WAS REPORTED BUT NOT FIXED, BUT CAUSED NO REAL PROBLEMS.

Wade On In is a very nice property with convenient beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Great week, outstanding property, the island has done well in recovering from the storm.

Weve been vacationing in Captiva for over 40 years now and we all agreed that this was one of our favorite places weve stayed! The location to the beach, Mucky Duck and shops was perfect! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Family of 5 with 3 adult kids; peaceful and well appointed down to the details, very responsive cheerful host and generous allowance for recreation equipment. Beach is within view and is lovely and quiet, Captiva town is bikeable, passing through resort of south seas enroute. So grateful for this location and home.

It was a beautiful condo that was easy to get to and even easier to get to the ocean. it was wonderful waking up every morning and sitting on the porch watching the ocean. I would recommend this co do to anyone.

Couldnt beat this stay! We came for our 1 year anniversary and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was great and communicative, and the Airbnb was beautifully remodeled, we felt so at home and clean. The location was impossible to beat, beautiful view of the beach from the inside and easy to walk right out back to a stunning perfect beach. Made this trip our favorite one yet!

This was an awesome place for a small family getaway on first floor was only 15 steps and there was a working elevator which was helpful since we were bringing Grandma and two little kids. Ryan communicated very well through text. Modern clean aesthetic. Fun attractions and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful, very comfortable, and inviting space. Host is very fast at responding. Beach is about a 5-7 min walk. Gorgeous waterfront view. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

The place was clean, updated with nice finishes, bed was comfortable. Love the location looking at the beach.

This is the perfect spot. The condo is remodeled, spacious, quiet, pristine, and has a nice view. The pullout couch was perfect for kids. We enjoyed the pool for hours, and loved seeing all the wildlife of iguanas, lizards, bunnies, turtles, dolphins, and birds. The walk to the beach is quick and easy on the new boardwalk. Just wear shoes because the sand and pavers are hot! There is a pool shower, and shoe wash/shell wash/ shower station off the beach and multiple hoses around for cooling off and rinsing off all the sand. There are also two nice grills and a shaded seating area off the pool if you want to cook. The beach is clean and beautiful. Dont miss the gorgeous sunsets! We thoroughly enjoyed the location and hope to come back one day.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ryans place! Condo was well stocked, everything in working order and quite possibly the cleanest Airbnb weve stayed in and we have high standard in that respect! Location is excellent with the beach so close, which was beyond nice with little kids. The ease of renting beach gear and bikes through the partnership this condo offers was also so appreciated, everything we reserved was there when we arrived and was collected when we were done leaving us to do no work! And obviously Sanibel is amazing and with the trip

Our family of five-three teenagers- enjoyed our stay at Ryans place! We enjoyed the location, privacy and ample space and it made for a wonderful vacation. The beach was steps away, and we swam and fished at the beach and neighborhood pool - both of which we had to ourselves most days. Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions and we would not hesitate to recommend his cottage. The beachfront sunsets were amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Villa on Captiva Island. The condo was so spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the gulf. The entire place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our time there. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Highly recommend. Great location. Great amenities. Captiva is a must and this Airbnb is the perfect place to be!
