We had some issues with the plumbing and were prepared to deal with it for the rest of our stay but when the office texted I thought I should bring it up so it could be addressed for future customers. Within 20 minutes, we received a call, that maintenance was on the way to check it out. I did not expect such prompt service. They fixed the problem quickly.

Sunset Captiva would be great for families. Circumstances came up and our children and families could not join us, but we are sure they would have been pleased with everything.

This is the perfect getaway. Everything you could possibly need. Located near the beach with easy access. We had the most relaxing stay here. The space was very clean and functional. The hosts have a wonderful guide to make check-in/check-out seamless. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sanibel.

We loved our stay at Ryans place! It is a beautiful condo with amazing views of both sunrise and sunsets over the gulf. Ryan was very responsive to my messages which was greatly appreciated!

This condo is way better than you can imagine! The pictures are good but wait until you see it in person! I haven't slept so good in a long time. We were there during an off-season, so there was nobody around, we had the pool mostly to ourselves. Side note for Ryan and others: if you have leftover, unopened food, there is a food pantry in Sanibel. Also, there is a food pantry drop-off box at the historic chapel in Captiva. It took me 1 minute to stop and drop off my extra food there. I can't wait to come back and visit! The kitchen was WELL stocked with cooking supplies. The coffee pot requires grounds, so don't buy Keurig pods. We brought cone filters, but if you don't have any, the grounds basket can be used without them. overall, this area was so peaceful and quiet, we felt like we were on a private tropical island rather than in Florida.

Comfortable apartment, clean. We were working in the area so location was very convenient for what we need.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous condo. The view was spectacular with windows all around. Its nice to see Captiva coming back from all the damage. The beaches beautiful and the pool lovely. Thank you Ryan for all your help!

The Best Vacation We've Ever Had! 5-Star Experience at Pointe Santo A46 This past week was hands down the best vacation we have ever taken, and Pointe Santo A46 is, without a doubt, one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in. The condo itself is absolutely stunning. Everything has been completely updated to the ninesit is perfectly clean, modern, and truly five-star in every respect. We felt right at home in a space that was both beautiful and comfortable. The complex amenities are equally amazing! The pool area is spectacular, unlike anything we've seen in a condo complex on the island. This unit and complex are in a league of their own. And of course, Dream Vacation Rentals was great as always. The service was impeccable, ensuring our stay was seamless and stress-free. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The Dream Vacation Rentals support team were helpful and prompt to respond. The online condo guide was very complete and well organized.

Sundial T201 was a dream come true. The condo was clean, well maintained, well stocked, and very convenient. The assigned parking was close to the condo, near two elevators, and right next to the stairs. The downstairs patio was a fantastic feature, with ground-floor access for the beach cart and other equipment from VayKLife, as well as a great area to store and sort through the many beautiful shells we picked up on the very close and uncrowded beach. The VayKLife and Dream Vacation Rentals support teams were very helpful and responsive. We plan to return to Sanibel next year, and will return to this condo if at all possible.
