Absolute perfection! Impeccably clean and comfortable, beautifully landscaped, quiet and secluded. Exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to visit again

Highly recommend. As a prior FT resident of Sanibel it was such a treat to be able to come back to visit. The island is doing a great job of re opening fully after the storms the last few years. Location is ideal with bike path adjacent. Fenced back yard was a huge plus.

We had a great stay in Sanibel! The condo had an amazing view of the gulf! The living space was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The codo is a short drive or bikeride to many restaurants or a short walk to the resort restaurants.

The house was fantastic and in such a great location! The beach is very close and the community is friendly and welcoming. The beach access point was safe and well-lit which is a plus in the early sunsets of fall. Landscaping in the community is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The location makes it easy to walk to local restaurants. Visiting the weekly farmers market is a plus (hint, get the crab cakes from Molly Malones!). Cake from Boops at the Bubble Room was the perfect birthday treat.

Very peaceful stay in Captiva. Laid back and stress free at this location. Very responsive hosts and would recommend this place to others.

Stay A wiles was absolutely beautiful, the billiards and theatre room was a great addition, we enjoyed the pool table.. loved the heated pool , it came in handy bc we woke up to an arctic blast for 2 days but we made the best of it..the location was very close to the beach. Wed love to plan another stay soon

Awesome place to stay, would stay again!

The beach is literally steps from your back door, and almost feels private. I've never seen that many dolphins. Gated entry means no traffic near the house. The busy parts of Sanibel Island are far enough away that you feel secluded, but close enough to easily drive to. The home is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. If you don't want to cook your own meals, you can find delicious food a few minutes drive away on Sanibel, but be prepared for Sanibel prices. A modest lunch for four without adult beverages will cost around $140 before tip. Add adult beverages and you'll be at $200 quickly.

Everything was just as described! Host was extremely helpful even when we arrived very late and had a little trouble. We loved our quick getaway here! Private Beach was a HUGE WIN! Will stay here again.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Could not beat the beach access directly in back of the unit. We didn't realize that beach gear was not on-site but needed to be orded via a credted outside party. Communicated to owners and they quickly replied with easy arrangements. A small fee was incurred at that point to expedite for next day delivery. Had a great time and unit was convenient to all.

We had a terrific time at this property and would gladly book again. Here are the highlights: Clean & Accurate: The house was spotless when we arrived and matched the listing description perfectly. Excellent Fishing: We caught fish right from the dockso convenient and fun! Perfect Location: A very short walk to the beach, and the property is in a quiet, peaceful part of the island. Great Hosts: The owners were responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth stay. A truly relaxing and enjoyable Florida getaway!

This was the perfect place for a little getaway vacation! Very clean and well taken care of. The directions to get into the home along with recommendations and other instructions were very thorough and easy to access. Location is a bit far to bike for every meal, but was also perfect as the beach was right at the end of the road. Highly recommend!
