Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was 30 yards from the house, but we spent most of our time playing in the lower level with three toddlers. With lounge chairs, umbrellas, games and pool toys, we had a blast and were mostly shaded from the hot sun. The house itself was beautiful and big. We got our steps in with three levels. There were screened porches and a rooftop patio. A big family room too. The long kitchen table let us put together puzzles on one end and play card games on the other end. Beds were so comfortable and the showers were perfect. I would move in to this house today if I could!

The team members were friendly and professional. Communication was excellent and any concerns were addressed very quickly.

This was our second year staying at Sandy Seas. Its the perfect layout for our extended family. The close proximity to the beach, convenience of nearby shops/restaurants, and having a pool makes it perfect, especially for the little ones. The bathrooms were super clean. The excellent communication and quick resolution of any concerns by the Dream Vacay team was greatly appreciated. The proactive communication with reminders about trash pick up and check in/check out was great. Having starter supplies of the essentials is very convenient and helpful. Its great receiving the credit for beach supply rentals. We will hopefully be back at Sandy Seas for years to come.

2nd time staying here. I recomend it.

We found Captiva to be the most relaxing and peaceful area. The beach was like having a private beach and seeing the dolphins and manatee throughout the week was amazing. And the walk to the beach. A minute at most! The home itself was spacious; the kitchen well stocked and comfy furniture both inside and out. We found Ryan to be very prompt to respond and very helpful with any inquiry we may have had. Id recommend him as a host for sure. We also received reminders about trash day and things of importance.

Place was nice and clean. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Met and exceeded expectations. Everything was great, the beach is so close, a few restaurants are a short drive or a walk away. My family had a wonderful time, thank you!

This was a perfect spot for a Shelling vacation. The place comes with access to a private beach right up the street. The unit was cute extremely clean and very nice. I rented a bike from VayK rentals who is a partner with his Airbnb and it was there delivered when I arrived.

Ryan was a great host and has a great support team to help guests. I could tell he was an experienced host whose priority was his guests.

Had a wonderful time in Captiva and Ryans place was in the perfect spot to stay and experience everything Captiva has to offer. The beach is just a stroll away. Amenities and restaurants are all walking distance as well. Would definitely recommend this place. It was perfect for my wife and I. Thank you!

Great host. Will stay here again

The house is very clean and comfortable.Excellent location for beach access. The indoor balcony is quite nice. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom. It took us a little time to locate the laundry room -which is at the right hand side after exiting from the balcony. The host is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Place was great perfect getaway for 2. Clean and perfect area with a lot of other beaches and good restaurants near by. The private beach was awesome and very easily accessible!

Condo was well appointed. Easy walk to the beach and loved the restaurants and shops in the area. Will definitely return

Ryans place was beautiful, very clean, well equipped, perfect location for anything you wanted to do and see. We loved the screen in porch overlooking the water way, lots of amazing wildlife and photo opportunities! The beaches and gulf waters were amazing, loved the private beach close by, there were more interesting shells than the public beaches. Thank you Ryan for a home away from home stay, Sanibel was an awesome experience!! Would love to visit again!

Had a terrific stay. Really convenient. Place was in a great location. Check in was a breeze. The porch was very enjoyable. Would love to come again sometime!

The location is amazing. Secluded enough from everything but close enough that it's not a hassle. The house layout is perfect. It's clean and has all amenities listed. Perfect for our family.

This condo was beautifully decorated and in a great location. Ocean views from the patio and a quick walk to the sand. Everything we needed for a few nights.
