The location of this property is perfect for what we love about Captiva island. The community is very well kept and quiet throughout. Overall loved the stay and area!

I had to text them once on how to get some more information, and they replied right away with what i was looking for.

The stay was wonderful, we had never book a place for a whole week before, and we wish we could have stayed longer. anything less would not have been enough. It was so nice, we could have stayed inside the whole time. But glad we didnt, as the restaraunts and beaches were also wonderful. A few trips to Ft Meyers beach area were also fun, we found we had the best beach, which had a private access short walk to the beach, with a wagon to help carry any extras you wanted to take with you. A great kayak launch which we did not use, but something we will try next time. A nice looking pool which again we did not try, as we were there for the beach.

Any question I had was always answered VERY quickly.

We truly had a great week. The house itself had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to fun toys for the pool to games and puzzles and even toys for the toddler in our group. We loved walking to get coffee each morning and walking to the beach to watch sunset every evening. The layout of the house allowed us all have our own space but also plenty of areas that would accommodate all of us together. It really was an amazing week for all of us.

Wonderful to actually talk to a person when there was a question. We had a problem with the coffee maker and it was resolved promptly. Staff was very friendly and helpful in emailed messages and on phone.

Lovely location and EXTREMELY clean beach house. Quiet.

This is a great 2BR condo at South Seas!

The condo was perfect! Exactly as advertised. Beach towels were included. We used our voucher at the beach gear company to rent chairs, an umbrella, and bikes. All very nice and the bikes made it quick to get to a local store and restaurants. Great view of the bay from the room, close walk to the beach, and the pool/grills were conveniently located. Awesome stay!!

We enjoyed a short stay at Ryans place. It met our expectations and would definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay, will be back

Our family of four enjoyed a fantastic spring break getaway. Ryan was super helpful and responsive to the couple of questions we had. The condo was exactly as advertised. It is on a quieter part of the beach which we loved, but we could easily walk or bike to dinner, shopping or ice cream. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Not too far away from the beach or downtown captiva. Pool clean and quiet.

Great beach access and walking distance to restaurants and shops. There were chairs, umbrella, and cooler, so no need to rent those.

Had a wonderful stay at Ryan's place. The location is hard to beat a short walk to the beach and a quiet, peaceful setting that made it easy to fully unwind. Everything we needed for a relaxing Sanibel getaway. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Ryans place. The location is great with the pool and beach only a few steps to the west and a short walk to Starbucks among other shops. The villa was recently renovated and in very nice condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and an umbrella in the bedroom closet. The screened in patio is a favorite spot to have morning coffee and watch evening sunsets.

The place is beautiful, and the beach in front is stunning. The one inconvenience we had with the dishwasher was properly addressed.

Beautiful place that was fully renovated with new furniture. The condo backed up to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The beach was private for those staying at the condos. Gorgeous beaches! We would definitely stay again!

Ryan was a great host. I highly recommend using the credit offered for vayklife beach gear rentals. Everything was just dropped off in our condo and picked up without us needing to go anywhere or meet anyone. Overall a great experience.

Hassle Free Stay

The condo was perfect for us as a couple . The location is beautiful and peaceful. We rode bikes daily to everything on the island . The beach access is walkable , as are restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely return !

This unit was PERFECT for my vacation. Very close to a great beach for shelling that other dont have easy access to. That right there holds all the value. The unit was clean and modern. We were very pleased with this choice
