Fabulous peaceful location The apartment was perfect and steps away from a beautiful beach. We were lucky enough to experience some incredible sunsets. The credit towards beach equipment and bikes was much appreciated. Very close to resort amenities and local restaurants. Ryan was very quick to respond and resolve a couple of minor issues. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was just as described! Great sunset views from the balcony! Easy walk to the beach with a nice boardwalk to the beach access point. Great pool with new poolside loungers and chairs. We utilized the bbq grilling area which was perfect to cook some fresh seafood on for having dinner in. Great local restaurants. We utilized our credit from the Vakay place to get some beach chairs and umbrellas but upon arriving Ryan had everything we needed in the closet of the twin bedroom. Furniture was nice, chairs were comfortable, our friend even commented that she needed to find out where they were purchased from so she could get a couple for her living room! Lots of restaurants in walkable distance. The Island Store had lots of basic necessities for day to day foods and snacks you might need. We would definitely stay here again, Ryan was a great host and has a very nice condo! It was perfect for 2 couples for our yearly friendcation!

Perfect stay. Quiet, with easy access to the beach (park in lot right around the corner). I had a few questions that were answered very quickly.

Ryan's place is a great retreat to get away and really feel like you are living on an island. Just steps from the beach which feels very private this time of year. We would definitely stay again!

All the people we met from the staff were very nice. This is our first time renting a property like this. We were surprised there was no office and that we could just go into our unit. We would have liked to have said thank you face to face. But it was good.

Chris and I had a great time. We really needed to get away and relax. The unit Scallop 5 was lovely. I loved the porch and watching all the birds and lizards that came. I loved my morning walks to the beach on that lovely trail. The neighborhood was wonderful. Met nice people. We went to the Shell museum and really enjoyed that. We found so many amazing shells on the beach too. Lots of good places to eat too that were recommended on your site. We loved that each unit had an ocean theme and were amused by the scallop decor all over the rooms. The large round table was great not just for eating but also for gaming. We brought two board games and played a few times. Also liked that there were puzzles to put together. The kitchen was very nice too. Chris cooked breakfast for us on it several mornings. The table was nice and big. We were able to play the board games that we brought as well as do some writing. We loved all the home amenities that were provided as well. Hangers, soaps, laundry room, beach supplies. Just made everything feel at home. This was just what we needed and we do hope we can rent a unit from you guys again in the future. Thanks again.

I may stay in the future, August and September and will review options on your website. As I indicated, one of my reasons for staying at South Seas was my considering purchasing a property their, so please send me details on cost benefit analysis for different units. I have multiple degrees including, an MBA, and Masters in Finance, Investments, excel spreadsheet format is preferred to allow scenario analysis and data that covers multiple hurricane events. We came here to hit the beach as much as possible. The neighborhood parking permit was clutch & convenient for beach access. Best part - we had miles of beach pretty much to ourselves during our stay, every day. Place was spotless when we arrived, bed sleeps well. Shower is amazing. Would stay at this place again no doubt!

The view is unbeatable. Great location and easy walk to the beach.

The condo was spotless. The kitchen had everything you would need, and was placed very neat, with labels to help find things. Even the silverware was lined up perfect in the drawers. Bed in master was comfy. The condo came with a credit to use for rentals of chairs, bikes, misc. Made it easy to get what we needed. The view is nice, just like in the photos. Easy walk to the beach. Covered parking spot. We would book this condo again. Take bug spray and wear it even in the morning. The no see ums are awful and it didn't matter what time of day it was. Ryan was quick to always answer any questions prior to booking.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. We loved the decor and felt right at home. The location really couldnt be better. Its right on the beach, next to the pool, and close to everything Captiva has to offer. Captiva itself is absolutely beautiful and worth the trip. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location nice view close to all amenities on the island. 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo is decorated with taste.

The home was pristine with beautiful views! It felt like our home away from home! Steps from a beautiful private beach. We had a golf cart but could easily walk to the shops and food. We loved every day we were there and would definitely come back.

Such an amazing spot/house on Captiva Island. Close to the beach and local restaurants and a short drive to more restaurants and shopping on Sanibel. The house was super clean, great pool to relax and well stocked kitchen and other items (beach bag provided, water bottles). Plenty of space all around. Ryan and the team are extremely communicative and friendly. We will definitely be back and book this again. Thanks to the owner for providing such a great place to rent.
