This place was excellent and was exactly what we needed.

Everything was AMAZING! The condo was in a perfect location, everything was as described, very cozy and comfortable! They had everything you could possibly need. The recommendations they gave us were great and we loved being across the street from Starbucks and being just a walk away from the beach. As hosts they were great! Very helpful and were able to accommodate us easily ! Thank you again Ryan and Nicole !

Beautiful place, right at the beach. no noise or loud music aroubd, peaceful and quiet. Hosts were attentive and communicative. excellent place if you are looking to rest and relax. Will book again.

Gorgeous view from the lanai! Easy access to the beach/pool and youre close enough to run and use the bathroom or grab a quick bite to eat at the unit if you are sitting in the beach. Very happy with our stay and would stay there again!

We had a great time at this condo. It was very close to the beach with a very convenient private parking. The chairs and umbrella were a great addition to the package.

Ryan & Nicole were some of the most responsive hosts Ive had on Airbnb. A beautiful, beautiful home for our girls trip. The pool is bigger and more beautiful in person! And LOVED the elevator!!

Relax and enjoy the CAPTIVA-ting sunsets! This listing is as far North on Captiva as you can go without taking the ferry to North Captiva Island. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing to be tucked away. We didnt see any other guests until the 3rd day. We had the pool all to ourselves each day. The beach access is about a 3-5 min walk. An added bonus are the pods of dolphins that feed directly in front of the condo. We did the dolphin cruise one evening and found out that we paid to take a boat ride directly in front of the condo. Apparently there are rip tides in the area at times that make it really easy for the dolphins to feed. The cruise was still worth it but we certainly kept an eye out for dolphins each night after learning this info. Lastly, THE SUNSETS! It difficult to put into words just how beautiful sunsets are from the condo. My son (10) & daughter (7) loved taking photos and time lapse videos. We made it a priority each night after dinner to sit on the balcony.

truly a great place to stay on the North end of Sanibel close to the bridge to Captiva. it is immediately adjacent to Bowman's Beach and easily walkable to get there. it is a distance from the amenities of the town, but as long as you're here for a beach vacation I would think that would be of lesser importance and convenience to the beach would be of greater importance.. highly recommended

Ryan and Nicoles was one of the best Airbnbs weve had in a long time. They were beyond hospitable and welcoming. They accommodated us by extending and allowing us to have later check out. They were prompt in responding to all my questions, by far quality accommodations. Blindpass is incredible for memories. Thank you guys for helping make such beautiful memories with our family. We will be back! You guys have incredible customer service and integrity!

Our stay at Ryan and Nicoles place was outstanding! They were/are incredible hosts. We came to FL from over 2000 miles away to move our daughter into college. We asked them if it would be possible to have some items shipped to the house so that the items would be there when we arrived, and they said, No problem!! The house was easy to locate, simple to check-in and access, really clean, looked exactly like the pictures and description, kitchen was fully stocked with new(er) pots/pans/plates/glasses, and new beach chairs. The guidebook provided has all of the information youll need to take advantage of the area, with local dining and activity recommendations as well as clear instructions regarding the house. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ryan and Nicole were exceptional hosts. So quick to respond with any and all of my questions. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative. But with the plethora of games provided in the condo, my teenage sons and I still had a memorable weekend with lots of family bonding.
