The place was beautifully decorated. It was nice to have screened in deck with a beautiful view. The beach was in walkable distance. It was great there was an elevator so I didnt have to carry things up/down the stairs. Ryan communicated often. It was nice to read helpful hints although we didnt go to any restaurants.

Our stay was the beach vacation wed been dreaming of. The place was even cuter in person. Very comfortable with everything we needed to rest and play! More spacious than our inlaws timeshare. It was so nice to be able to cook full family meals and was surprised to even find a few containers for leftovers. Also nice to have wooden cutting boards, large bowls, and grill items. We did notice a slight ant problem, but the host was super quick and responsive and had someone by to spray and lay out traps. This took care of the ants for the rest of our trip. The location was perfect! Just past the gatehouse for South Seas, making it an easy walk to the Mucky Duck and Bubble Room. The pool and grills are right behind the building, on the way to the beach. Loved how close it all was, making for a short walk to catch sunrise and sunset on the beach. Also made sweeter with the VayK rental credits. Not having to pack beach chairs and tent was a nice perk. Already dreaming of coming back again!

My family had a great stay at 1619 Land's End. We have stayed on Captiva several times, and this was the best location yet. The view - including sunsets - sitting on the porch at the top of the island are fabulous. It is an easy walk along the pass to the beach. Ryan and his team were very responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had. We did not want to leave.

This condo was beautifully decorated and in a great location. Ocean views from the patio and a quick walk to the sand. Everything we needed for a few nights.

The location is amazing. Secluded enough from everything but close enough that it's not a hassle. The house layout is perfect. It's clean and has all amenities listed. Perfect for our family.

Family had a very enjoyable week.Plenty of room to move about, more then enough area, just to chill if you needed a bit of time to yourself on the outside porches. Just a short walk to the beach, plenty of beach items to use if needed. Grand kids had a blast shelling. Pool area was awesome. Very quiet street.

Talk about a luxurious condo, that is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, and appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were gorgeous. But it was the extra details that set this place apart: the extra towels, blankets, beach supplies, cleaning supplies, coolers, games, and more. We loved the outside deck for morning coffee and the large dining table for homemade dinners. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo, we will definitely be back!

Sand-dollar 7 was such a cute little gem. Closest to the beach in sanibel, it feels like you have your own private beach, there were only a few people out during the days.

The condo was very clean and just as described. Communication was very forthcoming and convenient. Clean condo, great location. We hope to return again in the future.

This was the perfect location for a trip to the island! It was close to all the beaches I wanted to go to and the private beach access was awesome especially when Bowmans got too crowded! The place had everything I needed to eat some microwave meals in and not have to go out every night. Having the bikes and beach chairs available and delivered was excellent! I used them every day! Hot shower and cool air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable! I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Sanibel!

We had an amazing time as a family. It felt very authentic, with a lovely pool and close proximity to one of Sanibel Island's most beautiful beaches.

Beautiful condo. Easy access to the Bayou and the beach. The wildlife was wonderful! And so many SHELLS!

Overall, Very helpful. DVR made it all very easy.

Beautiful property! The indoor pool and proximity to the beach were both ideal! New Latitude is great for a large family with young kids who love being in the water. Kitchen had everything you need. The lower level with cornhole & ping pong were such a treat too. We enjoyed seeing dolphins in the water, every day during our stay!

Great place to unwind and relax. Unit was in great condition, new appliances and great shower. No issues with air conditioning. In fact 73 degrees was a little chilly. Staff encountered were very friendly. Ryan was very responsive, accurate and communicated all we needed to have a great trip. I will come back.

Such a cute little place. It was small, but perfect for my husband and I. And the private access to the beach was so worth it.

We always enjoy our stay here on Captiva. Ryans place was super convenient to the beach and to the entrance where it was an easy walk to grab coffee or to go to the restaurants on Captiva. He was kind enough to leave some beach toys, which my son enjoyed and when we wanted to add extra things like bikes, it was easy to use the included VayKay credit. The place stays nice and cold, especially in the main bedroom, which is nice for comfortable nights.

Ryans place was just as described. We loved the location and walked to almost every place. Next time we come back, we will look at staying here.

Perfect vacation rental ! Right on the beach. Easy access to the pool which is right out the door. Almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves not crowded at all which is what we liked the most!

We had a wonderful week at Sanibel. The rental was just what we needed and very close to the beach.
