I could have stayed another week if it were possible

Excellent stay!

Great place! Very spacious & we had a blast in the pool & hot tub. The pool was warm enough in January to enjoy it. Beds were comfy. Very short little walk to a Captiva beach ( the one right next to the mucky duck). I found 4 flatties & the water was calm & clear. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Ryan!

Beautiful location and peaceful setting. The house was very nice.

Great spot at the north end of Captiva. Dolphins and Rays were common sights off the balconies. Rooms were good sized the kitchen nice. Beach walks were quiet with lots of shells. We enjoyed our stay.

Place was exactly the way the photos looked. Beautiful beach across the street, with the intercostal right behind the house. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

As a family we were looking for a place to get away from the day to day grind and relax. This place fit the bill and we would highly recommend it.

Best communication with a host Ive had yet. The condo was clean, bright, and updated. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Lovely sunrises from the balcony and sunsets from the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean. Parking was plentiful and close. Elevator was close to the room for easy access. All in all a great place to stay!

Great location! Great view! Beach right out the door! Easy 5 min walk into town/restaurants/bars. Bring extra toilet paper, even if just a weekend. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nice place for a wonderful long weekend. A beautiful beach and Captiva Village are just a short walk away. Access was easy and the host provided all the information necessary to enjoy your stay.

A perfect home away from home. We had the most relaxing winter getaway with our daughter before she heads back to college breakfast & lunch in the screened lanai, beach time every day, and a delicious dinner out in Captiva each night. The unit is just as the photos show updated and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed during our stay. The location is amazing gorgeous beach with breathtaking sunsets each evening. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by, the fish jumping close to shore at dusk, and the pair of nesting eagles near the beach (behind the northernmost beach cottage building). Our favorite restaurants were the Bubble Room and Green Flash. Would definitely love to come back!

This place was amazing!!! This place is perfect if you are looking for privacy and quiet. Could not ask for anything better!

The place was clean, comfortable and above all had amazing views. My family had a great time. we could see dolphins from the lanai, very easy access to beach and the property was quite. We had great view of sunset from balcony and on clear nights, had incredible view of stars. overall a great place to stay. Ryan our host was very responsive in communicating and we greatly appreciated his prompt response to all questions.

Lovely, spacious, and clean home. Excellent location - a close drive to the wildlife preserve, Sanibel and Captiva restaurants, and other attractions. We LOVED the nearby private beach where we found amazing seashells and saw a dolphin and cool birds. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous stay!

Great stay for two couples. Ample room/ space, well outfitted kitchen for cooking in, fast, easy access to beach and pool. Great location to use as a base around the island. The unit was very spacious, and we loved having access out thru the lower level cabana.

We are so happy to have found this rental and couldnt have asked for a better property manager. Ryan was very quick to reply and very accommodating to what few needs we had. Our family wants to rent this exact property again!!

So much to say, but so little time. Our favorite get away location for beautiful beach access with shelling and eagles and very few people! Ryan's place was great and better than another condo we stayed in last year as it came with a rental credit and had great beach gear. thanks so much, I'm confident we will rent again soon!

Point of view was a beautiful home with lots of room, spectacular views and was very clean. The location was perfect. The canal was great for fishing and kayaking and we saw dolphins almost everyday. The private beach was beautiful with nice sand, seashells, and amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening before heading indoors to play games at the big table while the guys chilled on the couch to watch sports. Ryan was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Just a heads up for future guest, there is no beach equipment at this home so you will want to bring, rent or plan on purchasing some. Also check out their starter pack of supplies, 2 garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, etc.. to save you some trips to the store. We had a great time here and loved the island, stores and restaurants. It was all so much fun. Definitely a dream vacation spot.
