We stayed a full month at Ryan's place. It was perfect and amazing. Exactly as described. Everything was worked and was in perfect order. The house has EVERYTHING. Every detail was thought of! We would definitely stay again. --Todd

Ryan is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. The location is (in my opinion) the best spot on Sanibel. Most days, it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. When we had an issue with the A/C not keeping up with the hot Florida weather, Ryan was very responsive and helpful. All in all, a very enjoyable vacation spot!

Great vacation place!

This place was a gem! It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay with a great location close to the beach and beautiful surroundings. It was super clean and the host was responsive and helpful! Cant wait to return!

We were very pleased with our stay. The home was very clean and well supplied. We would definitely rebook and stay at Captiva Island again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfectquiet, peaceful, and just steps from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The condo was clean and updated, with a lovely ocean view from the balcony. Ryan was an excellent host and always very responsive. The beach gear credit was a great perk, and we even rented bicycles to explore the area. We especially enjoyed all the birdwatching. We truly loved our stay and hope to be back!

There are not words for Fish 6 except I wish I could have stayed longer. Its perfect. If people knew they could have access to a Non crowded Sanibel beach sunset. Its just incredible. Thanks so much and I hope to get back next year. We caught fish at Ding Darling, saw lots of wildlife and had all the peace and Quiet you could want.

Beautiful condo steps from the beach! Very clean, looked recently updated, had everything we needed.

We had a great time and would stay here again! The property was clean and nicely manicured with lush plants and trees and it was just steps away from the beach.

This was our first time using Airbnb. My husband and I were very happy with our rental , I would book it again. Location is perfect, beach is beautiful and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. Bed was super comfy. Its very hot this time of year and I would love to return in March. There are quite a few really cute restaurants that are walkable ,as well as a great small grocery store . Our host Ryan was fantastic. He was always so quick to respond to my questions , very courteous and helpful. There were no worries booking with him.

Great location! Easy and short bike ride to the beach, even for a 6yr old! A/C worked great, which was important to me for a month long stay in Florida summer heat! Beautiful beach at the beach access! We really enjoyed our stay and the month went by way too quickly! Thanks, Ryan!!

If you love the beach, youll love the accommodations. Its right there and then you have a pool right there, would stay again.

We had the most peaceful trip in Captiva thanks to this amazingly private location! We were there over the Fourth of July and maybe saw 6 other people walk by while on the beach. The location of this house makes it feel like a private beach and for the cost we felt like we won the lottery booking this place! Very clean, cant think of a single thing we would change/fix. We will be returning!
