Lovely location and house.

My husband and I enjoyed our first trip to Captiva. The condo, beach area, and pool were wonderful. We rented beach equipment which was nice. We rented a golf cart but ended up cancelling due to distance from returns and shopping from the condo. Glad we came during a less busy time of year.

This place is adorable! The decor was perfect ( Im obsessed with the lavender shag rug) and the home was very well appointed. Beds and pillows are very comfy. There is ample parking just outside. You have to take one flight of stairs to the front door so please be mindful of that. This condo is clean, uncluttered but still felt so homey with incredible sunset views. We actually got to see a super cool lightning storm from the lanai. Will stay again.

I loved everything about this place and host. If you are looking for a place to decompress and enjoy a relaxing vacation this place is for you. The place was updated and the view was amazing. The host was responsive about one issue we had with the lockbox.

This was our second time staying at The Palm & Shell. We enjoyed it just as much as last year. The elevator is such a great feature, and the large dining space for evenings. Ryan is very responsive. I did miss the really large couch they had the year before. And we really appreciate the easy check out instructions. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our second time staying at a property hosted by Ryan, and once again, we had an amazing experience! Ryan is a wonderful hostvery helpful and responsive with all the questions I had. Check-in was also very easy and smooth. We were 6 adults and 1 child, and everyone had a great time. The property is very well kept, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The views are beautiful, and the sunsets are absolutely amazing! The location is perfect the pool and beach are just steps away, and the pool area also has a barbecue. This stay was worth every cent we paid! We truly enjoyed our time in Captiva and highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay at one of Ryans properties again!

Beautiful property with all the amenities very spacious unit. Ryan was a great host and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend if staying in Sanibel.

The place was very nice and spacious. Great use of space with the living room for movie nights and to hang out and relax after a long day at the beach. The A/C was good, the kitchen had lots of utensils for making meals, and the entire area felt very safe. Great place for families to come and enjoy Captiva.

Had an incredible time at this beautiful duplex on the beach. It was perfect for my grandma who prefers un crowded beaches with calm waters. We all had an incredibly relaxing time just steps away from the ocean. Will definitely return!

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and the balcony faces the water. They have several tennis courts, 2 pools and a bbq area on each. Place is very quiet and relaxing; can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Golf carts are available to rent and its very convenient to go to restaurants. Very nice place overall for a couple traveling alone or a family with children.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Ryans place. Ryan was very responsive if I had a question about something. The ease over the dune to experience the remarkable Captiva beach was exactly what we hoped for. After finding some beautiful shells, the modern remolded unit left us in a relaxed state for our entire visit. We did get to experience some of the local restaurants all within a casual walk and nothing like a sunset we will remember for decades! Thanks Ryan for allowing us to share your beautiful condo !

We had a great time here! The place was awesome with a great location and only a few steps from the beach! We were able to watch the sunsets every night! This place was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
