Our view was absolutely stunning despite the construction, which we were warned about. It was relaxing, peaceful, and we felt like we were at the beach without the sand. The balcony was the best balcony I've experienced and so close to the water. I love watching the boats and fishermen coming from Red Fin Pass and the view of North Captiva. The condo is gorgeous with the big windows and views out to the ocean. Parking was covered and right under the condo, which made it very convenient. Pool and hot tub just a few steps from the condo and nice walking areas in the evening. We would love to return.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We came as a family to celebrate my husbands birthday looking for something quite this place was a hit! it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We were 6 adults and 1 child, and the house was perfect for us. Everything was spotless, the view of the ocean is breathtaking, and youre just steps away from the beach. Each of us had our own space and bed, which made it so comfortable. Not only do I have nothing negative to say, but everything was just perfect. The instructions we received regarding our stay were very clear, and Ryan and Nicole were easy to reach in case we needed anything. Our stay was priceless. I also recommend Over Easy Caf for breakfast its about 20 minutes from the property and definitely worth it. Were already planning to come back next year!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful condo for the Captiva triathlon! It is a short walk to the beach and you can see beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen is well furnished and a 3 tv's were nice to have. The loft was spacious with plenty of room! Communication was very prompt and appreciated. Thanks for a great time!

The location of this home is amazing. Just a few minute walk down a sandy pathway you are welcomed to the most beautiful shell lined beach where you are treated to an array of wildlife: Dolphins, Manatees, Blue Herons, White Ibis, pelicans and other birds. Taking long walks on this practically deserted beach was a dream, especially at sunset. Set in a quiet, well maintained private community, this clean home is perfect for families or friends with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own newly updated bathrooms. The large island kitchen has all the amenities needed to make delicious meals at home or you are just a short drive away from numerous restaurants. We also enjoyed the really nice community pool and clubhouse. Thank you to the owner of this lovely home and their Hosts, Nicole and Ryan, who helped make our trip a memorable one.

Beautiful place! Decorated perfectly! My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Thank you for a fantastic stay and an opportunity to create memories!

After waiting over 25 years for a get away the only request my husband had was to be ON THE BEACH! This definitely checked that box. This beautiful 3/3 was way too much house for the two of us but roomy and enjoyable. Looks just like the photos. Games and puzzles available if you like. Kitchen has all the components you would need. The beach was amazing and private. Only a few people. We absolutely loved watching the many birds and dolphins each day and the last morning we saw a small turtle. He was going the wrong way but we just let him be. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but it only rained at night which was really cool. It was overcast and breezy some in the day which made it perfect to sit out under the umbrellas that were delivered to our door. The water was cool at first and then just right in about 5 minutes. Im so glad we went in. The shells are a little tough on the feet. All in all a success! He is ready to go again. Thanks Ryan and Nicole!

We had a very nice time at Ryan and Nicoles place in Captiva. The beach and views were beautiful. The condo was very clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. We rented a golf cart to roam about the island. Would return.

A beautiful, spacious, and clean condo. Conveniently located near stairs and elevator. Hosts responded quickly. I would recommend this host and unit.

From the moment we arrived my family felt like we were on our own private beach. The beach house was spacious and comfortable. Loved all the porches and decks. Ryan and Nicole were the perfect hosts. Every question was answered almost as quickly as I sent it and each request was met quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place! Perfect for a getaway! Loved that they supplied beach chairs and umbrella. Very quiet neighborhood! Close to the best public beach. Host was very responsive. We will definitely return soon!

Had a fantastic stay on Captiva Island! Check in and information was clear and easy to access. The location was easy to find and very accessible to the beach, pool, etc. The couch bed was particularly comfortable! I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable stay!

Very clean and cozy

The place was absolutely beautiful and the views were incredible. Ryan and Nicole were great hosts. Very responsive. Other than getting bit from the no see ums the vacation was perfect. We will be coming back.

You cant get a better beach location. From morning coffee on the screened in porch with the waves rolling in to a day soaking up the sun just steps away on the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

It was a beautiful location and property! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend! The only drawback was not having a washer/dryer in the unit.

Great place to stay, it was quiet and safe. Happy with a well organized working kitchen. Ryan and Nicole responded quickly to messages! Great stay overall!
