The property is very nice lots of amenities, but wood steps on front of house looked in poor shape and last day one broke and my son fell and all his luggage went tumbling. Front edge several steps where cracked or coming away from main boards. Little dangerous but we tried to use garage entrance more.

The team was quick to respond to inquiries and fix them in a timely manner which was very much appreciated.

We loved the location, large kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms.

Your team members were very responsive in answering questions about the property before we visited and also in responding to a maintenance issue while there - they were prompt and helpful. All very friendly

Shorewood is Amazing. 5 star location, amenities, grounds were lovely, condo spacious, well appointed and just a great place for a get-away beach vacation.

I had accidentally booked the wrong condo and it was quickly fixed and then I was able to book the condo I had meant to book. I appreciated the help with that and the ease!

Its a beautiful condo. Its very comfortable and clean. Everything is fresh and new. Its easy to walk to the beach. Its not far from restaurants and shopping. Its also not too far to leave the island if you want to go back to Fort Myers or Cape Coral.

We had a great two night stay. Everything was as expected from the beach to the photos of the unit. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Beautiful property! Ryan was very helpful with our questions and made our stay stress free. We enjoyed the great views, the peaceful surroundings, the condo was amazing. The boat trip to Cabbage Key and the restaurants in Captiva were highlights for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some vacation relaxation time in Captiva.

Had a great time at Sundial resort! Its a beautiful location and a quick walk to a gorgeous beach! The condo was beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, and very clean!

We have traveled to Captiva many times, but this was our first time taking our family and little granddaughter. The house was ideally located two houses in from the beach and walking distance to many of the restaurants. There was plenty of room for all of us and the hot tub and pool was an added plus. The host was very responsive any time we had a question leading up to the trip. Overall it was a great vacation.

This place is fantastic! We loved the clean and airy feel, and the screened lanai. The view is great, and the easy beach access with the boardwalk is wonderful. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. We really appreciated the credit toward beach gear so we didnt have to pay extra for beach chairs and bikes. We had a few minor issues, including the keypad access stopped working, and Ryan was very quick to respond with the solutions. Overall, this place is great and we would love to stay here again!

Nice stay. about. 5 of a mile walk to be at the water. it was perfect for a couple days of beaching.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was spacious, very well equipped, and beautifully furnished. The access to the beach and the recently refurbished pool were very easy. Ryan was very responsive to questions prior to the reservation, and he communicated frequently and effectively before and during the stay. The beach gear rental was also much appreciated. The restaurant selection in the area was great. It had been a number of years since we were last in Sanibel, and our stay reminded us of how much we like it there.

We loved our stay at the Beach Villas. We could walk to the beach on a nice boardwalk from our place. We watched ospreys build nests and fish in the surf, saw lots of sea birds and found many beautiful shells. Ryans place is modern and all of the appliances, flooring and furniture are new. The bed is comfy and the linens are high-quality. We could walk to Captiva Island market and the farmers market and Captiva cruises easily. We also saw manatees and dolphins at the South Seas Marina and rode the free shuttle out to the marina several times. Ryan communicated well and directions were excellent and check-in was easy. It was a perfect vacation and we will return

Ryan's place is lovely! Well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The location could not have been better for our winter retreat. We loved being able to walk right to the beach or sit poolside to enjoy the sun. The wildlife was truly an amazing addition, the Osprey couple kept us occupied while eating breakfast on the lanai.. We will absolutely go back!
