Captiva was lovely, fantastic sunsets, beautiful endless beaches, and lots of dolphins with great shelling. Quiet and peaceful.

Ryan's place was in a beautiful location. The condo is in a more private area of Captiva. perfect for biking and walking. Also close to shopping.

We loved our stay! The place was clean, cute, and exactly what our family of 4 needed. You can't beat the location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The lanai was perfect for listening to the ocean waves. It was quiet and peaceful. Ryan was quick to respond when we were having trouble with the door lock. The gear rentals were an added bonus! We will stay here again!

Great location, nice condo!

Sanibel is a lovely little island and Ryans place was great. Our stay was fantastic! I wasnt too sure about spending an entire month, but found myself wishing we had more time. The house is on the quiet end of the island but that was just what we wanted. There are plenty of places for great food on the island, but youll not find a McDonalds. However, no need to worry, the American Legion just up the road serves a great burger at a good price! The place is exactly as in the pictures. The pool was so nice! Heated to 84 degrees and just steps out the kitchen door. Bowmans public beach park is a half mile walk away with the waters edge another half mile walk and the shells are plentiful! We took our bikes and enjoyed all the great bike paths on the island. A beautiful nature preserve is just 2.75 miles away with 4 more miles to bike, walk, or drive with Gods glorious creation to see. If you are looking for something less touristy and more relaxing then this is the place to be!!

Wonderful week in Sanibel! Weather started out chilly, but still plenty to do nearby. Great condo with lots of space and great amenitiesperfect spot for a vacation with our son and his family! The beach, the pool, the sunsets and shellsHope to come back again soon!

Wonderful home on Captiva. Beautiful beach. Nice walk to restaurants and stores. Nice walk to end of the island. House has everything you need.

Ryan's listing was one of the best places we have stayed in Florida We really dont want to make a big deal of this place would love to keep it a secret. This Florida vacation spot is a hidden gem. Numerous dolphin sightings, pink flamingos, Osprey's and other birds from the room (inside or out on the balcony) all appliances were top quality, real hardwood doors... just quality throughout. We definitely would like to book another trip. Thank the owners for sharing our new favorite spot!

Ryan's place was super cute and cozy! It's very small, but it served it's purpose for one couple. The bed was comfortable and ice cold AC. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful to walk. Walking distance to the beach, which was also a plus.

The place was very clean. Everything was up to date. It was in a great location. 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a peaceful stay:) I would recommend.

Ryan was a great host! I had to text multiple times regarding plenty of different things and he always responded so fast and respectfully! Would love to stay again!

Great room for 2 people. The location is very convenient on Sanibel. The beach is beautiful and very secluded. We would definitely stay at this property again.
