A charming and clean little place perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Near to attractions on both Sanibel and Captiva Islands. When I had a question Ryan responded immediately. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was well equipped and met all of our needs. Ryan, the host, was always prompt and friendly with communication. The resort grounds were maintained beautifully. We are looking forward to coming back to this incredibly peaceful place!

The place was just perfect for the two of us! Huge screened in patio. Short walk to be beach. Everything is shiny and new and nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice shower. We had groceries delivered and I would highly recommend. We were given $10 in credit and it was so easy. We had bikes delivered and that was awesome too. There were chairs, floating chair and umbrella in closet for us to use. Host was VERY responsive and friendly!! The setting felt safe and homey and we were close to several restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

Ryan was a great host and super responsive. The place was amazing, great decor and steps from the beach. We try and go to Sanibel every year and would love to stay in this condo again.

Perfect location supper peaceful and relaxing very private area. Saw dolphins and manatees at the beach. Everything we would need was available for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was updated and very clean. The location is beautiful and we found lots of amazing shells right on the nearby beach. Its a short walk to the pool, beach, and had everything we needed. Beach was not crowded at all and neither was the pool area. It was very quiet. Some of the most beautiful sunsets Ive ever seen. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for small families. The unit is on a second floor with nice view. Right on the beach and close to great restaurants. The condo was well equipped. We would most certainly be back.

We had a great time at Ryan's place exploring Captiva and Sanibel Islands! Beautiful beaches, sunsets, sunrises, seashells and amazing food. It's a 6 minute walk to the pristine Captiva beach! The pool is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the marina. We were surprised and delighted by the spectacular sunrises from our balcony every morning!

This condo was super clean! Im fanatical about finding a place clean when I walk into the home. I know how hard it is to keep a beach house clean and this one was absolutely wonderful especially with white cabinets! The refrigerator was super clean and the kitchen had all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. It was nice waking up and being able to walk down to the beach. Having a Starbucks nearby was a plus. Wonderful restaurants are all walkable. Finally, Ryan was super responsive. Every time I had a question he would respond within minutes. I highly recommend this beach getaway for couples or a small family!

Our stay was incredible! Every year, our group of family, kiddos, and friends tries to make a trip to Captiva, and this place completely exceeded our expectations. From the insane balcony views to the beach and pool, everything was perfect. The friendly locals, laid-back atmosphere, and overall Captiva chill is truly a whole vibe. The seawall right next door made fishing so easy, and the beach was just a short walk away. We truly did it all! Our place quickly became the gathering spot for everyone to stop by for a quick bite, watch the sunset, and get ready for night fishing adventures. This place is such a gem and made for one of the best trips weve had in a long time. We already cant wait to come back next year!
