Description
Sunset Captiva 10 ~ A completely updated two bedroom/two and one half bathroom stilted private home within the Sunset Captiva community. Our community has great amenities including an expansive heated pool, bbq grills, tennis court and even boat dockage across the street on the bayside (inquire with office). Our home has been completely updated with a full kitchen that has everything you'll need to prepare meals for your entire family during your stay. Spacious living room, screened lanai with comfortable seating and a half bathroom on the main level. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and king sized bed. There's a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and also an en-suite bathroom. There's an open deck off both bedrooms to lounge. A great feature upstairs is on the landing area is a custom bunk bed for the kids. As our location is superb, you are in the heart of the Captiva Village area allowing you to park your car at the home and walk to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants. Make it even easier by renting a golf cart from a local vendor. We'll look forward to welcoming you to Sunset Captiva 10 on your next visit to Captiva Island!

Perfect experience. House is very clean and just as described. Perfect space for small family. Has partial ocean view from master bedroom. Location is amazing and pool and boardwalk to beach are literally steps from front door. Community is so quiet all you can hear is the nature sounds at night. This is the perfect quiet beach vacation spot. Our 5-year-old loved the pool (super warm!) and appreciated the beach/sand toys at the house. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrella for use. Hosts were proactive in communication about check-in, contact information, etc.

We had a beautiful time at Ryan and Nicoles home. It was perfect for the family. It had everything that we needed for the week. My son loved reading in the top bunk bed. I loved being in the screened in porch. My daughter loved going between the beach and pool so quickly and easily. It was a fantastic week and we cannot wait to book again. It was clean and comfortable, and we couldnt have had a better time.

We had an amazing time at our stay on Captiva. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach; a 1 minute walk to the pool; and a 10 minute walk (if that) to town. Its sparkling clean, the shower is a dream and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal youd like. The beds were cozy and comfortable with plenty of hangers and storage for clothing and luggage. Theres a nice dining table that has been added to the lanai to eat meals outside. Theres a family of Iguanas living in the palm tree in the back yard. On a nice day you can catch a few of them sunning themselves. Its a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and the peace we were seeking. We definitely hope to come back and stay again!
