Please note that this is a privately managed condo. Guests of this unit do not have access to the full South Seas Island Resort amenities, including the resort's trolley, golf course, and specific resort restaurants located within the main gates.
However, you are welcome to enjoy the association pools, tennis courts (fee may apply), BBQ grills, and, of course, the stunning beach. Many wonderful dining and shopping options are conveniently located just outside the resort's entrance.
While elevators are typically operational, as mechanical systems, we cannot guarantee their continuous functionality throughout your stay. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an elevator malfunction.
Please be aware that due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities within the general area may be limited at the time of your stay.

Instead, you'll receive a credit to use towards renting essential beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons, delivered directly to your door. Had everything we needed. Loved the decor so much and we were able to walk everywhere and didnt have to drive.
