Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf Sunsets, South Seas Beach Villa 2313

Our visit was a get together of our extended family. With 14 memembers we needed 3 different units in three different buildings. No one was disappointed, all were satisfied, from age 75 to 9.

My wife and I booked this apartment for our 24th wedding anniversary. Wonderful beachfront apartment, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The apartment has everything you need, even the little things. We brought our wine and forgot the wine bottle opener - there is one at the apartment. We brought manchego cheese, tightly vacuum-packed - there are kitchen scissors there as well. Check-in process was a breeze. The management company sends you an email with the door code to the keyless door lock to enter the apartment. On the sad day when it's time to check-out, it is just as easy, just take out the trash, leave the used towels on the bathroom floor and lock the door. If you are reading this, you probably already know how beautiful Captiva Island is, and choosing to stay at Ryan and Nicole's apartment will guarantee that you have a great time. We loved our stay there and look forward to the next time (hopefully soon).

Very cute condo! It is in a great location to the beach, pool, and downtown Captiva. The condo is very clean and the hosts are very responsive. I highly recommend this stay and can't wait to come back again soon!

Incredibly clean, well appointed and amazing location!

With the beach and pool in sight, its hard to carve out time inside, but make sure you save some to sit out in the screened porch. We loved it!

Great location and space! We spent our anniversary here and it was perfect. Check in is smooth, place is clean and has great ocean view! Walk to the beach and come back for lunch..we will be back!

South Seas Beach Villa 2313: Refrigerator - Ice / Water Dispenser was inoperable (filter may need changing). DOOR LOCK SYSTEM: Should be a grace period on lock out (@ 10 AM) on Departure or should be highly alerted that the door will lock you out at exactly 10 AM.
