Please note that this is a privately managed condo. Guests of this unit do not have access to the full South Seas Island Resort amenities, including the resort's trolley, golf course, and specific resort restaurants located within the main gates.
However, you are welcome to enjoy the association pools, tennis courts (fee may apply), BBQ grills, and, of course, the stunning beach. Many wonderful dining and shopping options are conveniently located just outside the resort's entrance.
While elevators are typically operational, as mechanical systems, we cannot guarantee their continuous functionality throughout your stay. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an elevator malfunction.
Please be aware that due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities within the general area may be limited at the time of your stay.

Instead, you'll receive a credit to use towards renting essential beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons, delivered directly to your door. Currently, there are no planned construction projects within the immediate South Seas Resort area. However, please be advised that should any unforeseen construction or maintenance occur during your visit, refunds will not be provided for disruptions beyond our control.

Elevator Notice
The building’s elevator is currently operational, but because it is a mechanical system, we cannot guarantee continuous operation. Refunds will not be issued for elevator outages.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.
