The beach is literally steps from your back door, and almost feels private. I've never seen that many dolphins. Gated entry means no traffic near the house. The busy parts of Sanibel Island are far enough away that you feel secluded, but close enough to easily drive to. The home is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. If you don't want to cook your own meals, you can find delicious food a few minutes drive away on Sanibel, but be prepared for Sanibel prices. A modest lunch for four without adult beverages will cost around $140 before tip. Add adult beverages and you'll be at $200 quickly.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We came as a family to celebrate my husbands birthday looking for something quite this place was a hit! it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We were 6 adults and 1 child, and the house was perfect for us. Everything was spotless, the view of the ocean is breathtaking, and youre just steps away from the beach. Each of us had our own space and bed, which made it so comfortable. Not only do I have nothing negative to say, but everything was just perfect. The instructions we received regarding our stay were very clear, and Ryan and Nicole were easy to reach in case we needed anything. Our stay was priceless. I also recommend Over Easy Caf for breakfast its about 20 minutes from the property and definitely worth it. Were already planning to come back next year!

After waiting over 25 years for a get away the only request my husband had was to be ON THE BEACH! This definitely checked that box. This beautiful 3/3 was way too much house for the two of us but roomy and enjoyable. Looks just like the photos. Games and puzzles available if you like. Kitchen has all the components you would need. The beach was amazing and private. Only a few people. We absolutely loved watching the many birds and dolphins each day and the last morning we saw a small turtle. He was going the wrong way but we just let him be. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but it only rained at night which was really cool. It was overcast and breezy some in the day which made it perfect to sit out under the umbrellas that were delivered to our door. The water was cool at first and then just right in about 5 minutes. Im so glad we went in. The shells are a little tough on the feet. All in all a success! He is ready to go again. Thanks Ryan and Nicole!

The place was awesome! The location is great the beach is amazing and the sunsets are beautiful. The home is clean, pretty, and family-friendly. Having three bathrooms was perfect, especially for a group, since each bedroom has its own bathroom. Our stay was wonderful, and Ryan and Nicole were extremely responsive throughout. The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates.
