South Seas Beach Villa 2418 Coastal Luxury

New owners have made this already wonderful vacation rental truly spectacular, having all new furniture, flooring, vanities, countertops, cabinets and much more. Everything is being done top of the line through West Elm and Crate + Barrell just to name a few. South Seas Beach Villa 2418 is a two bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located on the 2nd floor (1st living level) and a direct view out to the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious condo offers 1,000 sq ft of space with a very comfortable living area and Smart TV. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. Off the living room is a dining area and full kitchen with upgraded appliances and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The master suite has a very nice king sized bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is an additonal full bathroom off the hallway nearby. The screened lanai is off the living room and is perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying the calm Gulf waters and our world famous sunset. 

The association offers a heated pool, tennis, high speed wireless internet and bbq grills. While you don't receive full resort access as this is a privately managed rental, you will save about 50% compared to resort rates, never pay a resort fee and get to choose our exact unit. This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. Please be aware that, as of now, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within South Seas Resort. However, should any construction occur during your stay, kindly note that we do not issue refunds for disruptions caused by repairs or maintenance that are beyond our control.

**Due to the aftermath of the storms Helene and Milton, please be aware that amenities may not be open or readily accessible during your visit.**

**Please be advised that the association pool in this building is currently closed. However, you can use the pools at the 2000 and 2100 buildings.**

 

While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.
