Description
Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxurious vacation rental condominium in Captiva. Our spacious one-bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, a living area with a large flat panel TV, and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and the pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis/pickleball courts, laundry room, BBQ grills, and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful option,s and shops just outside the resort as well.

It was one of the nicest decorated units we have stayed in, the appointments & furniture were first class and taste-full. The elevator made it very easy to bring in the heavier luggage. It has a beautiful view of the water and sunsets each night. Just for good measure, there was a pair of osprey nesting about 75' away. The beach was beautiful and only a very short walk. The location was excellent, walking distance to Doc Fords, The Mucky Duck, other restaurants and a multitude of stores. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Condo and an excellent location. We just wish we had known there was a Keurig machine there before we arrived as we would have brought pods. We enjoyed the beach, the sunset views from the beach and from the condo. We did a dolphin tour and would recommend that to everyone, good fun. We also toured the National Refuge and that was great also, very informative. We came for the shelling and there was so much more we will have to come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent.
The views were outstanding! Osprey nest just outside the deck allowed us to enjoy these beautiful birds all week. The sunsets were awesome. Early morning walks on the beach provided the best bird and wildlife watching.
We would live there if we could.

my fianc and I stayed at this condo for 6 nights last week. Everything about it it's just awesome. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Couldn't ask for better location! The beach is right outside the door and you can take a short nice walk to some great restaurants for evening dinner and some margaritas:) the sunsets from the balcony are just amazing. Can't wait to go back!
