Nestled within seven secluded, tropically landscaped acres, surrounded by conservation land, and only steps from world-renowned Bowman’s Beach, this peaceful oasis delivers nature and tranquility. F106 is one of the closest to the beach and is only a five minute walk to place your toes in the sand. Here you will find technicolor sunsets, a beach packed with shells, not people, and daily sightings of the wildlife that live in our palms and mangroves, feed in our bayou, and frolic in the Gulf.
Welcome to Blind Pass F106, a ground-floor, oversized two-bedroom, two-bath retreat offering a generous 1,360 square feet of living space. This condo features a spacious, open floorplan, a 21-foot screened oversized lanai, and a split-bedroom layout for extra privacy. Every inch has been thoughtfully renovated in a modern, coastal style with relaxation and comfort top of mind.
This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with one king and two queen beds, as well as a queen sleeper sofa. There’s room for two more at the dinner table, which seats 8, and the well-equipped kitchen with expansive island provides casual seating for 4. For those who
need space to get work done, there’s WiFi and a quiet corner desk in the primary bedroom; and for winding down, you’ll find smart TVs in every room and an assortment of games, books and puzzles in the entertainment console. The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer completes the effortless vacation experience we strive to attain.
Situated on the coveted west end of Sanibel, home of the Ding Darling National Refuge, Blind Pass is located midway between Captiva Island (minutes from the Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Green Flash and more) and the iconic shops and restaurants of
Sanibel’s center. Onsite amenities include a heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and covered assigned parking. Blind Pass also offers you private access to Sanibel’s most desirable beach, a private kayak launch into Clam
Bayou, and close proximity to the Island’s 26 miles of bike paths.
We provide all linens, as well as a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and a rolling cooler to make your beach and pool days more enjoyable. For our youngest guests, we have a high chair and Pack n Play. We partner with VayKLife for additional beach rental gear, included with every reservation!

The condo was perfect in every wayspacious, beautifully decorated and filled with thoughtful touches like a guest book and first aid kit. All beds were big and comfortable, TVs were large, showers were modern with powerful water pressure, and the kitchen was stocked with more gadgets and small appliances than I have at home! Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was fully stocked with thoughtful extras, especially in the kitchen (Keurig and traditional coffee maker, air fryer, and every tool we needed), which made it feel easy and comfortable rather than stressful.
Beach access was a short walk, and having beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon provided was a huge bonus. The heated pool was peaceful, and the tennis/pickleball courts were a nice extra.
The decor was beautiful, and cheerful and elevated the entire space, and the screened lanai was such a nice extra.
Overall, well-equipped, well-located, and very comfortable - wed definitely stay again. Id say one of the very best places weve rented!

Sanibel Island is a true treasure, best experienced at Blind Pass in condo F106, where everything you need for an enjoyable sunny getaway has been considered and made available during your stay! This spacious unit is completely remodeled and has a warm, welcoming vibe the moment you walk in. It sleeps 6-8 comfortably, with lots of room for relaxation and shared moments with family and friends. The island is such a great mix of both natural beauty and breezy, small town charm. Be sure to start your day well before the islands gorgeous sunrises, if youre interested in shelling. Bowmans Beach is among the best in the world for this adventure, and Blind Pass is the perfect place, as this beach is just a few minutes walk. Plan to eat breakfast on Sunday and the Farmers Market-I recommend anything from the Three Birds food truck! Too many awesome shops and restaurants to comment about, it's worth planning a vacation here to discover your favorite areas of Sanibel (and nearby Captiva) Island. Staying at F106 was such a wonderful experience and I'll be sure to come back again!

Blind Pass F106 is where we stayed. The property was clean and well maintained. The condo was very freshly renovated and has the most dazzling countertops I have ever seen! So many other little design touches and considerations with the decor and space overall. Very highly recommend F106 for its amazing aesthetic, peaceful vibes, and location in proximity to the Bowman Beach access. The pool is spacious, and the grill area is very well kept. 10/10 will be back again!
