For added privacy, a partition door can separate the bedroom from the living space, creating two distinct sleeping areas.

Tech & Comfort Upgrades We have upgraded the unit to ensure a seamless experience. Stay connected with high-speed Xfinity broadband and Wi-Fi, spanning from the living room out to the lanai. Entertainment is easy with large smart TVs in both the living area and bedroom. Additional comforts include a modern air conditioning system with smart climate control, dimmable LED lighting, and a kitchen fully stocked with high-end appliances.

Elevator Advisory Please note that while the building elevators are currently fully operational, they are mechanical systems subject to occasional maintenance or repair. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during your stay, and refunds will not be provided for elevator downtime.

This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities.

INCLUDED AMENITIES:
This unit has its own amenities, including a large lanai with a quaint marina, beautiful sunrise views,
and frequent wildlife sightings (including osprey, migratory birds, manatees, and dolphins). The
largest pool in the area, which was recently renovated and is heated, has a hot tub, lounge chairs, and
bathrooms and is a very short walk to multiple beaches. Gas BBQ grills with tables and chairs on the
pool deck. Large parking lot with access to covered and uncovered parking. Laundry facilities, bike
racks, golf cart parking.
