Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.
Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.
Elevator Notice
The building elevator is currently functional, but as mechanical equipment, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Refunds cannot be issued for elevator outages.
Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.
Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful condo for the Captiva triathlon! It is a short walk to the beach and you can see beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen is well furnished and a 3 tv's were nice to have. The loft was spacious with plenty of room! Communication was very prompt and appreciated. Thanks for a great time!

Everything was AMAZING! The condo was in a perfect location, everything was as described, very cozy and comfortable! They had everything you could possibly need. The recommendations they gave us were great and we loved being across the street from Starbucks and being just a walk away from the beach. As hosts they were great! We had a wonderful time. We usually come down to stay in Sanibel once or twice a year but this was our first time actually staying in Captiva. The place was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and beach. We went on a run every day. It was a perfect few days. We didnt want to leave. Look forward to coming back one day.

Ryan and Nicole's place was great. If we had any questions the response time was fast. Very clean and great for a big family. Walking distance to the beach and Starbucks right across the street. Even a bonus of beach chairs and pickle ball paddles for use.

We called the office twice during our visit. Once to request early access because we had cold groceries and once for a mechanical issue. Both calls were taken personally and remedied as quickly as they possibly could be. Can't say enough good things about the service we received.
