We had a great week on Captiva at Ryan's place. The listing was 100% accurate to what we experienced. In fact, the pictures do not do the proximity to the beach justice. It took us less than 3 minutes walking from the front door to the water. No driving, no shoes needed,,, priceless. Beach is secluded and we were never on top of other people like at other public beaches on Sanibel (ie Bowman's). The pool was very clean, quiet and a nice change of pace from the beach. While it is in a condo type setting, we never heard other people through the walls or ceiling. Sunsets from the screened in porch were picture perfect. Communication with Ryan was good and he was very responsive. We did take advantage of the host credit at VayKLife and had a great experience of having our beach gear dropped off right at the front door. Don't forget to use that if you book. Laundry facility in the basement was easy breezy but did get a little busy later in the week. Overall, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The water view was incredible, with natural flowers visible along the shoreline, and the location was terrific for sunsets. We especially appreciated the open living room and how bright and airy the home felt. The location was also very convenient. The hosts were very communicative and we took advantage of the beach gear rental nice touch! We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Ryan and Nicole's condo was the perfect location for our girls' getaway weekend. A few steps away from the water and a short golf cart ride to great restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and was decorated in a fun and relaxing way. I would highly recommend. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this ocean view condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, which made it easy to settle in and relax right away. The beachfront location was unbeatable. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying our coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play, was magical. The sunsets were breathtaking each nightevery evening felt like a postcard moment. Our family loved every part of this experience, from easy beach access to the peaceful, scenic surroundings. It was the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and nature. We cant wait to come back!

We were 5 sisters gathering one last time, before our sister passed away. She has terminal cancer, with 6-12 months before her passing. It was her desire to go to the beach one last time, with all her sisters.
We were in a beach facing villa, with a nesting osprey right off our deck. Provided hours of entertainment! there was a tv in every bedroom, which was so beneficial to us... We were able to watch all the sunsets, without having to make our sister out to the beach, which at times was difficult for her.

Captiva Island is as peaceful as you could imagine, secluded beach and a beautiful condo with top notch appliances. The screened in balcony overlooks the beach, I would highly recommend staying here and Ryan and Nicole were always quick to respond.

You know how some places just hit the mark in every way this is one of them. Perfect location to see, smell and watch the ocean waves roll in. The decor just made me smile in every room. The kitchen has anything you think you could need and more. Very clean. Hosts very communicative. Quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely return to this location again.

We had such an incredible stay at Ryan and Nicoles beautiful flat. The place was spotless upon arrival, beds were comfortable, and you cant beat the location right on the beach. We didnt use the pool but it looked really nice and we washed the sand off from the beach at the pool outdoor shower. On Tuesday there was a great little market a short walk out the entrance of the property where there is also a Starbucks (and you can order ahead through the app). We also walked into the town and rented bikes from Yolo to ride around and explore. Our short trip to Captiva was wonderful and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay!
