• Association tennis/pickleball courts and BBQ grills
• Direct access to Captiva’s white-sand shoreline, renowned for shelling and sunsets
• A short walk to the charming village of Captiv, an offering of shops and outfitters, and island grocery stores and restaurants, including the iconic Bubble Room

Important Notes

• Elevators are NOT available for this unit (one flight of steps required).
• Following recent storms (Helene & Milton), certain area amenities may be limited during your stay.
• The surroundings of the resort continue to expand its amenities. Refunds cannot be issued for construction-related disruptions beyond our control.
• Pool Closure:  The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026. While this closure is expected to last one (1) month, guests are allowed to use the beach-facing pool of the Sunset Beach Villa community (nearly the same distance from the unit.)

The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.
