Bottom line - You cant go wrong with unit 704 but I would wait until the Marina is complete. And, let South Seas do whatever it is they think they need to do and enjoy the rest of the island.

We love staying at South Seas and the Marina condo was great. Nice view of the marina and the Gulf from the condo. We were lucky and saw the manatees by the docks. The condo was clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at South Seas many times, but never in this Marina Villa area. I was pleasently surprised with the water view and somewhat of a beach view...we normally stay on the beach but thought we'd give the Marina area a try this time. I would stay again as it was very convenient for beach access. We did rent a golf cart, so that made it even easier to move around south seas and captiva restaurants, ice cream, pizza and gift shops. Communication was great! Everyone had a very enjoyable time. Id stay here again ;)

We would definitely stay here again. It was just a short walk to the beach and our unit overlooked the marina. Ryan and Nicole were very easy to work with. Their place was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Ryan and Nicole's was perfect for a peaceful getaway to Captiva. The space was up to date, clean, and comfortable. Communication and management of the rental was fantastic. South Seas is undergoing a lot of changes but the beaches are still accessible and beautiful for time spent away. Highly recommend getting back to Captiva to support the island.
