We had an absolutely amazing stay at this ocean view condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, which made it easy to settle in and relax right away. The beachfront location was unbeatable. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying our coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play, was magical. The sunsets were breathtaking each nightevery evening felt like a postcard moment. Our family loved every part of this experience, from easy beach access to the peaceful, scenic surroundings. It was the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and nature. We cant wait to come back!

We had such a great time in Captiva at Ryan and Nicoles place! The location to the beautiful beaches cant be beat ! The house was super clean , had a cute patio with a sunset view , and plenty of beach towels , chairs, and beach toys . This is our second stay with Ryan and Nicole and had a great experience each time .

We were 5 sisters gathering one last time, before our sister passed away. She has terminal cancer, with 6-12 months before her passing. It was her desire to go to the beach one last time, with all her sisters.
We were in a beach facing villa, with a nesting osprey right off our deck. Provided hours of entertainment! there was a tv in every bedroom, which was so beneficial to us... We were able to watch all the sunsets, without having to make our sister out to the beach, which at times was difficult for her.

Captiva Island is as peaceful as you could imagine, secluded beach and a beautiful condo with top notch appliances. The screened in balcony overlooks the beach, I would highly recommend staying here and Ryan and Nicole were always quick to respond.

You know how some places just hit the mark in every way this is one of them. Perfect location to see, smell and watch the ocean waves roll in. The decor just made me smile in every room. The kitchen has anything you think you could need and more. Very clean. Hosts very communicative. Quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely return to this location again.

We had such an incredible stay at Ryan and Nicoles beautiful flat. The place was spotless upon arrival, beds were comfortable, and you cant beat the location right on the beach. We didnt use the pool but it looked really nice and we washed the sand off from the beach at the pool outdoor shower. On Tuesday there was a great little market a short walk out the entrance of the property where there is also a Starbucks (and you can order ahead through the app). We also walked into the town and rented bikes from Yolo to ride around and explore. Our short trip to Captiva was wonderful and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay!

Perfect stay, exactly as advertised. South Seas has come a long way since Hurricane Ian and they continue to make positive progress. As far as the individual unit, absolutely perfect. For those concerned about the water quality of the gulf/beach quality of Captiva, it was crystal clear aquamarine water. Paradise. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Property gave us a perfect trip. We just needed comfort and a short walk to the beach. The property had some style and came with a lot of comfort. The furniture was comfortable and we could tell that thought was put into the property, down to the quality of the utensils and the board games that were left there for us. It also came with beach chairs and an umbrella. The unit was clean, comfy, and we couldnt have asked for more.

My family and I had the best time here, definitely will be booking again in the future. Ryan + Nicoles place is beautifully decorated, very clean, fully stocked with necessities and super spacious for our party of 5 with a toddler. The beach is just a little pathway away and there are lots of food spots open within 5 min drive, not to mention a Starbucks down the street. There is also a fully stocked grocery store and beach stuff store on the same block. As a FL resident, Im so happy to see the island come back to life! 10/10 recommend for a family getaway.
