Enjoy the amazing views of Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound from the screened lanai of this one-bedroom/two bath located within the Bay Side Villas in South Seas Resort. This updated condo offers a one-bedroom/two bathroom, which features two queen beds in the bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for any additional guests. The condo has a wonderful updated kitchen and spacious living area, which leads out to the screened lanai.

While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, bbq grills and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.
