The spacious bedroom features two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom, while an additional full bathroom provides extra convenience for guests. The living room includes a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate additional visitors. You’ll also enjoy an updated kitchen and an inviting living area that opens directly onto the screened lanai—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery.

This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife rental credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons—delivered right to your door. On-site gear availability varies and cannot be guaranteed.

The building elevator is currently functional, but as mechanical equipment, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Refunds cannot be issued for elevator outages.
Construction & Maintenance
There are ongoing repairs and construction within the Resort. Refunds cannot be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or construction outside our control.
Storm-Related Impacts

Amenities
While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, bbq grills and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.

Ryan and Nicole were exceptional hosts. So quick to respond with any and all of my questions. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative. But with the plethora of games provided in the condo, my teenage sons and I still had a memorable weekend with lots of family bonding.

There is construction going on at the resort, but the condo and pool where prefect. Sunrise in the morning on the balcony and sunsets on the beach were magnificent

Very beautiful and spacious - looked and smelled very clean and modern. The view out the back was beautiful. We were one of the only families staying in the whole building due to hurricane Ian damage and rebuilding. Thank you for making this space available at this time when not many others have opened. You offered a great price. Having a guard at the front gate of the resort helped to make it feel safe. Thank you for providing the large, great quality umbrella and chairs we could take to the beach along with the nice beach towels. The air conditioning worked great and felt wonderful as it is quite hot and humid in FL in July. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There were 3 of us and it felt very spacious. We did not use the pool, but it did look like a large and very clean area. This was our first experience with an Airbnb, so I was slightly nervous about how this would work. We were very pleasantly surprised and hope to do this again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a week getaway in Florida! So close to the beach where we saw dolphins, starfish, manatees and so much more! The place was clean and came with so many useful kitchenware and anything you could need. We will definitely be back.
