Description
Welcome to Shorewood of Sanibel unit 1C. Our first floor vacation rental condominium is a three bedroom/two bathroom fully equipped condominium with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds and a full bed in the first guest bedroom and a full bed in the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and seating including a fold out futon with the guest bathroom off the kitchen area. Our condo also has a full kitchen, living area and screened lanai with gorgeous views out to the Gulf of Mexico. Lounge in style on our high end teak porch furniture. Being on the first level is unique as the lanai has a private spiral staircase leading to the ground level for easy access to the beach and pool. Shorewood of Sanibel does have a community pool and tennis court. We spent several months completely renovating our condo from top to bottom. All new flooring throughout, open kitchen design with granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Fresh paint and finishes as well as all new furnishings. We hope you love Shorewood 1C as much as we do!

This is an amazing condo. Wonderful beach front location, quiet complex, short ride to grocery store. Unit is well-appointed, clean and like-new. Lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby without being over-developed. Definitely will return!

Such a beautiful set up on a beautiful part of the island. It's a wonderful condo with all of the amenities we needed for the week. Wonderful pool access as well as plenty of parking, access to bike paths and fairly close to town. There's private beach access, plenty of towels provided as well as beach chairs and nets for shelling. Some of the best shelling we have seen. It was a great time with great hospitality!

The condo is fantastic. You are steps from the pool, and right beyond the pool is access to the beach. It makes an early morning sunrise beach walk or full beach day, or partial pool day/beach day a no-brainer since both are literally outside your back door. The condo comes with folding beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels. Win win win! We fit 8 family members in here comfortably. The pictures are extremely accurate and this place is very clean. We loved sitting out on the lanai, cooking breakfast (had to bring everything to cook with, even the basics like salt/pepper), and the kids loved the pool. There's a bike trail outside the property driveway, and you're within walking distance from a bike shop, liquor store, restaurants, and convenience store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautifully located and maintained property with plenty of room, views of the ocean, very nice Florida style but modern finishes, weve been coming to Sanibel an Captiva for about 20 years and this is one of the nicest condos weve stayed in. My wife, 3 daughters, and I all had everything we needed for the perfect Sanibel vacation!!

Beautiful condo, updated with incredible decorations, very nautical, you feel like you are on vacation just by being inside the place. The view is gorgeous and access to the pool and beach are quite easy. It has a keypad, so we didn't have to worry about looking for keys every time we went out which made everything much easier. I would definitely stay again.
