Description
Sunset Captiva is one of the most popular vacation spots in Captiva Island, Florida. Sunset Captiva 17 is a perfect choice for your upcoming Captiva Island Vacation. Our vacation rental home has recently been completely updated with new paint, furniture, bedding and more. The spacious living area has a nice and open feel with an a nearby dining area and full kitchen. There are sliding doors leading to the expansive screened lanai. The main level of our home has a half bathroom as well. Up the stairs is the master bedroom suite with a very comfortable king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and sun deck. The second level also features a guest bedroom with an all new king sized bed, en-suite full bathroom and a small alcove in between the bedrooms with a bunk bed for additional guests. Sunset Captiva community features great amenities including a large heated pool, bbq grills, tennis courts, direct beach access and even boat dockage (fee applies). With it's Village Area location you can also park at the home and walk to the beach as well as nearby shops and restaurants.

**During the 4th of July week, Gutter work is set to occur and may cause some noise and inconvenience for a couple days. No further rate adjustments are available. Rate has been discounted accordingly.**

The property was perfect for us and our two children. We have stayed at multiple houses at Sunset Captiva. Personally this was one of the best for us because it was managed by Dream Vacations who were incredible to deal with. They were always readily available and nice. We didnt always have this with the other rental companies on the island. It made a huge difference (example: the code on house didnt work when we arrived after business hours and when I called I spoke to a live person who resolved it instantly). I would recommend this house.

We were so very lucky to be able to stay at this home in Sunset Captiva. Its a stylish and comfortable house.
This home is ideally situated with just a minute walk to the beach. Its close to restaurants, bars and boutiques.The open space kitchen/living area is ideal for socializing and is very modern and beautifully decorated.
We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

This place is truly fabulous. The location is great. Close to pool, beach, restaurants, etc. The unit is spotless and so aesthetically pleasing. Very relaxing atmosphere. One great thing is you dont need to rent for a full week. Owner requires minimum stay of 2 days. Thats rare. Great flexibility. You will love this place!!
