No Resort Amenities: This condo is privately managed and NOT affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities (e.g., resort pools, trolleys, fitness center, etc.).
Laundry: A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.
Pool Closure Notice: The pool is scheduled to be closed starting January 5, 2026, for approximately one month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the 2500 building.
Post-Storm Notice: Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to certain amenities may be limited during your stay.
Construction: While there is currently no ongoing work within the resort, we do not issue refunds for disruptions caused by unexpected maintenance or construction beyond our control.

Great place for our family vacation! If you are looking for a place to get away from the crowds of normal beach destinations this is a perfect spot. There are more restaurant locations on Sanibel, which is a short drive, however the slow speed limits make any trip off Captiva a 25 minute drive. As stated, definitely a place to get away from it all and enjoy family in a beautiful place with pristine natural surroundings.

The place is right next to the beach. The place was very clean and stocked kitchenware. As the host mentioned, the place did not have any food items as sometimes previous residents may leave behind at other Airbnb places. Youll have to bring all your spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder etc.) although you can buy them at the local stores (pricey though). Large supermarkets are at least an hour away so bring things you need to cook if you can. Overall great tranquil place!

Working with team members was excellent. All I needed was to call them one time because we arrived a little early and could not get in to the unit but after one quick phone call we were in and very pleased with what we discovered. Unit 2124 as stated above literally looks like a brand new condo. Not some worn down dirty hotel room with rowdy, guests and loud music. No ants, no cockroaches not one single insect the entire stay. Also, parking was great only a few steps to our front door. Also lots of restaurants and shops, boat rentals, ice cream shops , and things to do on Captiva Island, which is an unspoiled gem old Florida masterpiece. Unit 2124 is located inside south seas resort which is five star.
Lastly, the vegetation plants shrubs trees around the unit 2124 were stunningly, beautiful. The property staff has done, a great job replanting after hurricane Ian several years ago, wiped out the island.

The walk to the pool took only one minute and walking to the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful beaches with tons of shells maybe took two minutes. We will definitely be staying there again next year.

The location, unit and beach are great ! Sunsets are amazing !
The member/guest privileges are the only negative about South Seas resort as you don't have access to restaurants and other amenities but the host was clear beforehand.Still plenty of options. We plan to stay again.
