Widely considered to have the best views in Lands End, you'll enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Gulf of Mexico, the Pass, and the Sound. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two comfortable double beds and a private balcony. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Relax in the spacious living room, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy dining together in the dining area. The unique bonus space off the living room features twin trundle beds that can be closed off for use as a private 3rd sleeping area. Step out onto the screened lanai to soak in the incredible scenery overlooking a tranquil water feature, the lush golf course, and out to the sparkling Gulf, Pass, and North Captiva. While resort amenities are not included, guests have access to the association's heated pool, BBQ grills, and tennis court. This second-floor walk-up condo requires a 5-night minimum stay. Our view was absolutely stunning despite the construction, which we were warned about. It was relaxing, peaceful, and we felt like we were at the beach without the sand. The balcony was the best balcony I've experienced and so close to the water. I love watching the boats and fishermen coming from Red Fin Pass and the view of North Captiva. The condo is gorgeous with the big windows and views out to the ocean. Parking was covered and right under the condo, which made it very convenient. Pool and hot tub just a few steps from the condo and nice walking areas in the evening. We would love to return.

Relax and enjoy the CAPTIVA-ting sunsets! This listing is as far North on Captiva as you can go without taking the ferry to North Captiva Island. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing to be tucked away. We didnt see any other guests until the 3rd day. We had the pool all to ourselves each day. The beach access is about a 3-5 min walk. An added bonus are the pods of dolphins that feed directly in front of the condo. We did the dolphin cruise one evening and found out that we paid to take a boat ride directly in front of the condo. Apparently there are rip tides in the area at times that make it really easy for the dolphins to feed. The cruise was still worth it but we certainly kept an eye out for dolphins each night after learning this info. Lastly, THE SUNSETS! It difficult to put into words just how beautiful sunsets are from the condo. My son (10) & daughter (7) loved taking photos and time lapse videos. We made it a priority each night after dinner to sit on the balcony.

The view!!! We just got back from our stay and we cant stop talking about the view from every angle. Its breathtaking! We enjoyed watching sunsets, dolphins playing and thunderstorms roll in. Our stay was very peaceful and quiet. The beach was a close walk and not crowded at all. We appreciated the opportunity to choose and pick the beach gear we wanted with the credit provided to VayKLife. The beds were very comfortable. The process to check in and communicate were very easy. Tips to anyone visiting: 1) stop at a grocery store before crossing the bridge over to Sanibel. Itll save you time later on to not have to circle back. 2) Pack or buy bug spray. The no-see-ums are common in this area during dawn and dusk. But a simple spray usually takes care of that. 3) Enjoy a slower pace of life during your stay. Weve stayed within South Seas in several different locations throughout the last 15 years and by far, this was our favorite! We will definitely book again!
