Relaxing, beautiful place. Sunsets just steps outside your door. Shell collecting is supreme. Master bedroom bed and bath were perfect. Quiet place - just what we love. Kitchen is absolutely gorgeous!

We had a fantastic stay in Captiva. The photos of the condo looked just like the real thing. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the pickleball courts, the easy walk to town, and the gorgeous view of the gulf from the screened porch. The kitchen in particular was equipped perfectly--we had all the cups, pots, pans, utensils, etc., that we needed for a family of 5 (3 young adults and their parents). We found plenty to do during our time there--we visited in December, and restaurants, shops, and farmers market were all open for business. We had one issue with the lock midway through our stay--Ryan responded within minutes, and the issue was resolved. We'd definitely stay here again!

This condo is way better than you can imagine! The pictures are good but wait until you see it in person! I haven't slept so good in a long time. We were there during an off-season, so there was nobody around, we had the pool mostly to ourselves. Side note for Ryan and others: if you have leftover, unopened food, there is a food pantry in Sanibel. Also, there is a food pantry drop-off box at the historic chapel in Captiva. It took me 1 minute to stop and drop off my extra food there. I can't wait to come back and visit! The kitchen was WELL stocked with cooking supplies. The coffee pot requires grounds, so don't buy Keurig pods. We brought cone filters, but if you don't have any, the grounds basket can be used without them. overall, this area was so peaceful and quiet, we felt like we were on a private tropical island rather than in Florida.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time for Morhers Day weekend here at South Seas in Ryan and Nicoles condo. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Shelling on the beach, walking to the little shops, dining at Green Lantern and exploring the north end were a few of our activities. South Seas is very close to full restoration. We love Captiva and plan to come again soon! Thank you for a special weekend.

South Seas never disappoints, and this condo specifically was just what we hoped it would be. Right on the beach, easy to get in and out with the kids in tow, days spent in the sun at the beach and at the pool. We enjoyed a long weekend on Captiva. Ryan and Nicoles home was comfortable, well stocked with a beautiful view. Even though the island is still recovering from storms, we felt no impact during our stay. Plenty of yummy dining options after our days at the beach and pool.
