Welcome to Treetops located in the Gulf Pines community in beautiful Sanibel Island, Florida. Our nicely updated three bedroom/three bathroom home has everything you'll need for your month or longer stay on our beautiful Island. The main level has a comfortable sitting area, dining room and open kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals for your friends and family. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level with one being a king and the other a queen sized bed. There is a living room off the kitchen as well with flat panel TV. Up the stairs is the master bedroom suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and upper deck. There is a nice deck that wraps around the home with seating. The Gulf Pines community is highly sought after being on the west end of the Island and featuring community amenities such as 2 heated pools, 2 tennis courts and very easy beach access. In fact, we're very close to the beach access path ... just a short 5 minute walk away. We provide beach equipment including beach towels for your stay, high speed wireless internet and a great home to spend your month or longer stay. May accept one small dog with additional $300 non-refundable pet fee

Great home in a wonderful location with friendly neighbors. We had everything we needed including a nicely provisioned kitchen, bikes and beach equipment. The beach is close, private and full of shells. The island had over 20 miles of bike paths making it easy to get around without traffic and parking hassles. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is very close. Check out the Caloosa Comedy Club at Rosalittas restaurant. The Dream VayCay management team communicates well and was very responsive to the minor issues we had. We are definitely interested in a return visit.

The location of this home is amazing. Just a few minute walk down a sandy pathway you are welcomed to the most beautiful shell lined beach where you are treated to an array of wildlife: Dolphins, Manatees, Blue Herons, White Ibis, pelicans and other birds. Taking long walks on this practically deserted beach was a dream, especially at sunset. Set in a quiet, well maintained private community, this clean home is perfect for families or friends with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own newly updated bathrooms. The large island kitchen has all the amenities needed to make delicious meals at home or you are just a short drive away from numerous restaurants. We also enjoyed the really nice community pool and clubhouse. Thank you to the owner of this lovely home and their Hosts, Nicole and Ryan, who helped make our trip a memorable one.

Great time and was thrilled with the property location and space. Property was in good condition considering the damage on Sanibel from Hurricane Ian. We tried to be understanding in allowing workers to come as needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
