Welcome to South Seas Bayside Villa 4216. Our second level (up two flights of steps or elevator service) is very convenient as it is located at the South End of the Resort, near the Captiva Village area shops and restaurants. You can even rent a golf cart and get around the Island even easier. Our vaction rental condo features a very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Down the hallway is another full bathroom as well as a full kitchen and living area with queen size sleeper sofa. If you have children or extra guests, you just pull out the sleeper sofa, however, when not in use, the bed goes back up and your full living area is available. The best spot is the spacious screened lanai with views directly out to the Marina, pool and bay. The community offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis and bbq. The Bayside Villas are a short walk over to the beach and we include at least 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels. While resort access is not available, you'll save about 50% compared to resort rates, get to choose your unit, never pay a resort fee and have keyless entry/self check-in.

This place is absolutely perfect. Communication, check in and every thing was great and so easy. This was our 1st Airbnb stay and we were a bit nervous as to expect. 4216 Bayside villas was everything we were looking for and more. We look forward to many more stays in the furture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at condo #4216 and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a one bedroom two bath condo in Captiva. Its location is a very short stroll to a beautiful gulf beach, great restaurants and of course the Mucky Duck!

Great views, quite, well maintained condo with conveniences of home. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, coffee and shopping. Plenty of activities to keep busy or opportunities to just relax. Fabulous shelling, dolphin sightings and beautiful sunsets. You will t regret your visit to Captiva and Sanibel!

Wonderful unit close to main entrance of South Seas resort! The owners have thought of everything including towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. View of marina & mangroves from screened in porch is added bonus.

Grateful for our host Ryan and his communication with us. We had a wonderful stay, but had to cut it short 2 nights because I had to get back for a funeral. That was very disappointing.
