New Latitude was just perfect for our group of 15 (8 adults and 7 kids). Plenty of beds and bathroom space. The indoor/outdoor pool was a hit in the evenings. The walkout to the beach is amazing, felt very private the whole week. We collected some great shells right in our area and also were able to walk down a mile to Sanibel and search there. We saw a lot of dolphins crossing right in front of the house. There is a lot of beach gear on site (chairs and umbrellas). The management company was very responsive and were proactive to letting us know about a few maintenance things going on. This was a great place to stay and we were all very happy!

Very friendly and attentive. Loved the reminders to put the garbage out. The LR ceiling fan needed replacing and Dream Vacations was kind enough to ask if it was a convenient time to do that. Also notified us that pool care guy was on his way.

Our stay was somewhat a "soggy" stay as SWF received a tremendous amount of rainfall. Having such a beautiful house and view helped make staying inside much more tolerable. The kids(and adults) love the swimming pool. This is our 4th or 5th time at New Latitude. Once you stay at New Latitude, you will never want to stay anywhere else. I certainly hope Sanibel and Captiva continue their recovery efforts from Hurricane Ian. It was truly stunning to see the devastation. We are glad to have dropped a few $$$$ at restaurants, Ding Darling, The Shell Museum and a few retail shoppes.

I think I said it all.. perfect house, perfect location. What a treat to stay there. The grandkids will remember all the activities beach, pool, hot tub, ping pong, bocce, fishing, collecting shells, seeing dolphins, turtle, and even a manatee!!

This is an amazing house. We could have happily stared at the view all day, every day. The pool is lovely, right in the middle of the house, and we were really impressed with the outdoor games and beach gear. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well-sized, and the master suite was was phenomenal. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is gorgeous and the beach is sensational. We saw dolphins and a manatee while out swimming. We were a party of 13 (ages 3 - 77) and it suited us all. I think wed all happily have stayed forever.

We have already recommended New Latitude to some of our friends. Having the private beach basically in your backyard is such a benefit. Its so easy to carry everything that you need when its so close. The house has so many things to make the beach and ocean so enjoyable. Umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards, sand buckets, The size of the house allowed couples and individuals their own beds and bathrooms. The decks were spacious and well equipped, and a major factor was that it was clean.

We loved most everything about the house. It could use some new beach chairs and umbrellas. They are not in the best of shape. Also, we had a few ants in the kitchen- so spraying soon might be helpful. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the house.

Prime Oceanfront on Captiva
New Latitude is truly a special home in a prime oceanfront location on Captiva. We spent a week there to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. There were 10 of us, ranging in age from 76 to 13 months old. We had a wonderful time.
The house is very well appointed/equipped and was more than comfortable for the ten of us. The views are stunning, especially sunsets. We had a great time swimming in the ocean and shelling on the beach, and when the weather wasnt cooperating, we enjoyed the screened-in pool.
The property Is in a quiet location. We saw very few people on the beach during our one week stay. The home is also conveniently located, making it a quick drive to the town of Captiva and only 20 minutes or so to the thick of the shopping and restaurants on Sanibel.
Thank you for sharing this truly stunning place with renters. We had a wonder time and made many lasting memories.

Magical family vacation!
We had a fabulous week at New Latitude! The setting is spectacular and the home is even better than pictured. Lovely views from every direction. We have rented quite a few times on Captiva and this one takes the cake. Home is very clean, kitchen well organized enough towels for everybody etc. Everything you need is here. The sunsets at this home are perfection! 10+ stars. We hope to return with our family again in the future.
