Sunset Captiva 38 is a beautifully updated stilted home in the Sunset Captiva community on beautiful Captiva Island, Florida. Our three bedroom home features a large living area with flat panel TV and plenty of seating as well as a dining area and full kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom and there is an additional loft area with two twin beds. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and trundle. There's a full guest bathroom as well. Our home is unique in that it does feature an elevator, but that is only available for an additional fee and with owner approval (please ask our team member for more details). The Sunset Captiva community is one of the best on the Island with a huge heated pool, tennis court, bbq grills, beach access and even a dock across Captiva Drive. Had a wonderful stay in Captiva. The home was a great spot for our family and two kids, walking distance to the things we wanted, a great community pool, all in a very well kept neighborhood. Had a great experience with other people in the community as well. We'd definitely stay again, we would look to book this again for our next vacation!

We enjoyed the Sunset Captiva location with its ease of beach access; its quiet, peaceful, friendly ambiance; and its proximity to dining venues. The properties in Sunset Captiva and the common areas were well maintained and attractive. 38 Sea Hibiscus is a well-maintained rental that provides for an enjoyable winter get-a-way.
