Beautifully renovated 5 bedroom 4 bath pool home located on one of Captiva Islands quiet streets, situated just 4 houses down from the private beach. This spacious home offers a large fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a large island, and views of the the living and pool area. The living room features all new furniture including a 70" smart TV and 2 queen sized sleeper sofa. This home offers two King bedrooms with their own bathrooms and two other rooms with twin beds and a bunk room with 2 additional bathrooms. The second king room has an additional twin pullout. The pool area is private and surrounded by lush landscaping, plenty of pool furniture, and a gas grill. This is the perfect place for families to gather and make lasting memories. Being in the Village area of Captiva, you can park, rent a golf cart to easily get around to shops and restaurants, or just walk, as you're so close to everything. The home has just undergone a near complete transformation with all new paint, coffee bar, furniture throughout and more. The new owners have spared no expense making Casa Captiva the most sought after vacation rental home on Captiva. The master bedroom suite has been updated with a new king bed and an additional en-suite bedroom with twin beds, perfect for the kids to have their own space but close to the parents. We have tons of beach equipment at the home for you as well, so no worries on renting any chairs or umbrellas as we have that, a beach cart and other beach toys to enjoy.~Owner has strict no pet policy~

We just returned from our second stay at Casa Captiva. Our first stay was prior to Hurricane Ian in August of 2022, our most recent stay was in August of 2023. We were very impressed with how the house has rebounded from the storm. Everything was nearly perfect from the condition of the house inside and out, the furnishings and the well equipped kitchen. We also love coming back to the beautiful pool after some time at the beach. The house is in an ideal location relative the the beach. Theres also a nice supply of beach equipment for guests to use. Although not all the Captiva restaurants are reopened the ones we went to were all very good. Mucky Duck, The Shipyard, RC Otters and the Captiva Cantina (currently a food truck) are all great. We will continue to go to Casa Captiva until our family grows further, then well look for another Dream Vay Cay property that fits us as needed. Highly recommend Casa Captiva and Dream Vay Cay.

Stunning home and private pool perfectly appointed for large family gatherings. We had 7 adults and one child- plenty of space, quality beds, private bathrooms. Lovely neutral decor highlights the nature, sky and beautiful outside views from plenty of windows. Short walk to private beach on Captiva. Convenient to Captiva restaurants, shops, sundries. Slightly understocked on basic amenities like soaps, paper products- Plan on frequent grocery runs. In summary Tropical paradise ! Would book again.

Loved the house!!! Its super nice and has enough room to spread out. We had 6 people and had plenty of room all week. Location was AMAZING!!!! Literally a short walk to the beach and right down the street from The Bubble Room and other restaurants and stores, all within walking distance. Minimal traffic or noise. It was just a great experience overall. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing house and even better location! 1 story with 5 bedrooms is such a good find with young kids and alot of beach stuff to bring to and from house each day! Ryan and Nicole were wonderful hosts. Have used them for 3 summers now. Always so attentive and responsive. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful home close to the beach
The house is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The pool and hot tub are actually heated and my kids used both more than any home weve stayed in before. The current photos (as of Oct 2021) are out dated as the home has been newly painted and decorated throughout. The new paint and decor are fresh, clean and has more of a beach home feel. The garage cant fit a car, but it is fully stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, beach wagon, water floats, beach chairs and umbrellas. The management company was prompt and helpful with any questions we had.

It is a beautiful home, obviously in transition, as the new owner is in the process of replacing furniture and possibly upgrading. The location is perfect for both beach access and proximity to Captiva Village. The one floor plan is fantastic, and the openness provided a great opportunity for family interaction. The pool area is very inviting and private, and we enjoyed it immensely. We would definitely rent this home again.
