Compass Point 122 - Gulf front 3 bedroom condo

A very comfortable stay I have stayed in Sanibel several times & Quality wise this was my best experience. Very comfortable living quarters with plenty of space to move around!

If you are looking for a location with a great view of the Gulf, this is a play to stay. The property includes a large Launi with a spectacular view of the Gulf straight out in front of you and it became our favorite place to locate during the day to eat, read, and just sit and enjoy the noise from the waves coming ashore. The unit includes a spacious kitchen, dining area, family gathering area, and quick and easy access to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for almost anything you might want to fix during your stay with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig available. There is a nice cupboard in the kitchen for storing your dry goods and the refrigerator will hold a lot of food. And you are very close to the entrance to the island, so you aren't traveling far to reach your vacation location. The check in and check out process is very easy, and you have an assigned covered parking space which was very nice. The accommodations are very nice, up to date and comfortable.

Great location to beach! Seashells galore! Pool and tennis courts were also great. We didnt make it to Captiva and further into Sanibel until later in week but was much quieter down that end. Bike paths were uninterrupted by intersections further down. If youre looking for a quiet and serene home away from home, this is it!

Extraordinary location-view is divine. Screened lanai was a favorite spot each morning for watching the sunrise and enjoying our coffee. Well maintained property. Would visit again. So.Many.Shells. Thank you!

Perfect place to unwind after the holidays. Plenty of space for all 5 adults, clean, and comfortable. Direct access to the beach and the beautiful view from the balcony can not be beat. Amazing shelling too!

Nice Place The condo was clean and spacious. Lots of towels were provided. On the beach with a beautiful view, as advertised. We had a wonderful, very relaxing vacation. Thank you!

The condo is in an amazing location. I love how quickly you can access it once getting onto the island. I love the views out the lanai.

Everything was easy: making the reservation, email communications, text and email with property info, and keyless entry.

We loved Compass Point 122! Beautiful grounds. We saw lots of ibises and egrets, and a little alligator! The pool is clean. We used the beach chairs every day.

Loved the property! Quiet and so close to the gulf!
