Description
Enjoy your Sanibel vacation in this ground floor unit which is steps away from the beach (150 yards) and pool. The condo can accommodate up to 4 people with a double/full bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom has privacy from the living area with an accordion style door that opens and closes for your privacy. The condo is nicely decorated in tropical decor and features a flat screen TV in the living room area. While, with the accordion door closed, you can have privacy, like a one bedroom, you may leave the accordion door open like a studio style villa. The condo has new living area furniture, lanai flooring and more!
Please note: This is a privately owned condo and guest won't have to pay a resort fee. While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to the following:

Had a great weekend. This room was very close to one of the resort pools. Great location, the beach is a very short walk. We also were grateful for the new beach chairs and beach umbrella that are supplied with this condo. This is a clean unit and you wont regret it. Thank You Ryan and Nichole.

Great stay! Awesome location! There is a small grocery store on the resort which was nice, can grab coffee and necessities without having to leave the property. Not very big but spent most of the time on the beach, at the pool and exploring the island so it didn't matter. Pool/beach are wonderful. Would consider renting beach chairs/towels that were just a little nicer/newer from a local place we have used before but they have some that did the job.

This place was perfect for our stay in Sanibel. Our cousin got married at the Sundial Resort, so to be able to stay on property (without paying a fortune through the resort) was a fantastic find for us. There's a bar/restaurant and convenience store on site, as well as beach access, BBQ stations and swimming pool. The condo itself was beautiful with a screened in porch that we used daily and included beach toys & chairs/umbrellas/towels, literallyeverything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
