So happy to be back on the island after Ian. The condo at south. Seas was prefect size and has everything you need for comfortable stay. We stayed 6 night There is construction going on at the resort, but the condo and pool where prefect. Sunrise in the morning on the balcony and sunsets on the beach were magnificent

Very beautiful and spacious - looked and smelled very clean and modern. The view out the back was beautiful. We were one of the only families staying in the whole building due to hurricane Ian damage and rebuilding. Thank you for making this space available at this time when not many others have opened. You offered a great price. Having a guard at the front gate of the resort helped to make it feel safe. Thank you for providing the large, great quality umbrella and chairs we could take to the beach along with the nice beach towels. The air conditioning worked great and felt wonderful as it is quite hot and humid in FL in July. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There were 3 of us and it felt very spacious. We did not use the pool, but it did look like a large and very clean area. This was our first experience with an Airbnb, so I was slightly nervous about how this would work. We were very pleasantly surprised and hope to do this again.

Great condo! Absolutely beautiful bay view, serene screened in porch and comfortable set up! I loved having coffee, watching the sunrise and listening to all the sounds of birds and the bay waking up!

Great location and very comfortable, cozy condo.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a week getaway in Florida! So close to the beach where we saw dolphins, starfish, manatees and so much more! The place was clean and came with so many useful kitchenware and anything you could need. We will definitely be back.

Great condo! The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Sheets, towels, beach chairs, games and you can't beat staying at South Seas and this is a MUCH better value than booking through the resort!!

A wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay! It was 5 of us, girlfriends trip. We had enough room for all of us. We watched sunrise every morning on the balcony with our coffee. About 10 min walk to the beach and 6-7 to convenient store. Thank you for having us!
