Downstairs Primary Suite: Features a King bed and a 55" TV with partial beach views and an en-suite bath.
Downstairs Guest: Features two Twin beds and an en-suite bath.
Upstairs Primary Suite: Offers stunning Gulf views, a vaulted ceiling, a King bed, and a 55" TV with an en-suite bath.
Upstairs Guest: Features two built-in Queen beds, a vaulted ceiling, and an en-suite bath.

Entertainment Loft: The upstairs loft is a perfect secondary gathering space with a large sofa, breathtaking Gulf views, and a 65" television.

As a guest of Beach Home 13, you have access to excellent community facilities:
Beach Access: You are just steps from the beach!
Dedicated Pool: Enjoy the dedicated association pool located just steps from the Beach Homes.
Tennis Courts: Access to the community tennis court is included.

Please note: This home is privately managed by Dream Vacation Rentals. Access to the greater Island Resort amenities (such as the main resort pools, trolleys, restaurants, or fitness center) is NOT included nor available with this rental.

Booking Requirement: This home requires a Weekly stay, Saturday to Saturday.

Beach Gear: This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. It’s just one of the ways we help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities.

Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife rental credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons—delivered right to your door. On-site gear availability varies and cannot be guaranteed.

Construction & Maintenance
There are ongoing repairs and construction within the Resort. Refunds cannot be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or construction outside our control.

Storm-Related Impacts
Cleanup efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton are still underway. Some amenities—such as the pool and grill—may be limited during your visit.
