Description
Beach House 15 located within the gates of the South Seas Island Resort. Our four bedroom/three bathroom home features over 2000 sq ft of living space, perfect for up to 10 guests. The spacious living room has comfortable seating including a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat panel TV and leads directly out to the screened lanai perfect for a morning cup of coffee while watching the gentle waves break against the sand. While Captiva Island has several wonderful restaurants, the home has a full kitchen and dining area to prepare meals for your family and friends during the week. In terms of bedding, the home has a spacious primary bedroom suite with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds with en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a bit smaller and has a full bed with a full bathroom in between. Our association features two heated pools, tennis court and bbq grills. The home has high speed wireless internet and smart TV's. While our home is not affiliated with the South Seas Resort and resort amenities are not included, you will still have access to everything outside of the resort and never have to pay a daily resort fee. Save up to 50% compared to resort rates and book direct. Weekly minimum stays required and no pets, unfortunately.

The location of this property is perfect!! The location from the beach to the pool could not be better. We wanted a beach vacation without all the crowds and this was definitely the spot!! My only problem was the bugs outside! That is not anything the property owner can control!! They have a great screen on the outside porch that helps as much as possible!! I found you cannot be outside past 6pm my only advice is bring lots of bug spray of every kind until one works!!

Dream Vacation Rentals was by far the best booking agency to work with in my experience. Extremely responsive (like within 5-10 min of either a phone call or email) - even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Not expected but VERY appreciated. Not only was the response time amazing, but the overall experience from start to finish was top notch. Welcome emails and call, thorough check in experience, house instructions and departure information. On top of that, they were VERY professional and kind with an amenity questions I had.

Absolutely gorgeous property with panoramic views and easy access to the beach. Comfortable lounging areas, dining and bedrooms. Property stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. Extremely comfortable and welcoming. In full transparency - if anyone plans to rent in the near future, you should expect some construction around the property as the hurricane has taken its toll. We have family on the island so the construction work and workers did not bother us but the beach access was a bit torn up with large trucks and wood piles. Just something to know. You may also not have access to the pool or grill - something to ask before you arrive. No live TV so if you plan to watch a live game youll have to use a streaming app. Laundry VERY small and no hand mixer in kitchen but those comments were taken very well by the rental company so likely will be remedied by the time anyone arrives and might be a smaller issue to most. Overall - those comments should not deter anyone from renting. It was the best agency I have ever worked with and the property is stunning and extremely relaxing. How can you beat coffee or cocktail overlooking or on the beach? I would rent again in a heartbeat! Fantastic family memories!

The home was more than we needed but it was a wonderful experience. The interior, lanai, and view were amazing. Honestly, I would have to say it was the nicest property we have ever rented on the islands. Would definitely recommend.
