Lovely gulf view condo. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and completely renovated. Located off of Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial T201 is located on the second floor with an elevator in the building. Our vacation rental condominium offers views of the gulf from the screend in porch, a full kitchen, and washer/dryer in the unit. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom offers a queen and twin beds. The guest bathroom is near the bedroom and off the hallway. The third bedroom can act as a den which features a sleeper sofa and closes off for privacy. The living room and den furniture is new from Florida Leather Gallery. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, all located in the private cabana, on the lower level, accessible via the spiral staircase from the lanai. Free wifi available in the unit. The entire unit feels brand new as it was completely renovated down to the studs. All new flooring, paint, finishes, kitchen and more. You'll love the new look of Sundial T201 on your next Sanibel Island Vacation.

Sundial T201 was amazing-from the unit itself to the easy, short walk to the beach. We have stayed T several condos on Sanibel over the last 12 years and this unit by far was definitely a favorite on our list and hope to be back!!

Great location! This condo was beautiful and clean, great size with 3 bedrooms. The one bedroom has a pull out couch that probably wouldn't be great for adults but was prefect for our 7 year old son. The beach is a short path to get to and was very nice. They did have beach chairs and a umbrella at the condo we were able to use for the beach. There is a pool here for each condo building but they are small and 1/2 of the pool is a deep end so not much standing room available in the pool. There is a grocery store near by but it is more expensive on the island so I would recommend stopping before you come over if you want to have food for meals at the condo. I would stay here again!

My family of five (with 3 kids under 7) had an amazing stay here! The property was impeccably clean and had all the things we needed (a blender, plastic dishes for kids to use, coffee maker, pool noodles, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc.). The whole complex was beautifully maintained and this unit was really nicely updated and felt bright and spacious. There was enough furniture to be very comfortable but not too much extra decor for kids to get into/potentially damage. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the extra sink in the master bath area. My only tiny complaint would be that the master bed mattress was extremely firm and I wouldve loved a memory foam topper. But thats a personal preference and overall such a small part of our experience here. I wouldnt change another thing! The pool is just outside and the beautiful white sand beach is a very short walk from the condo down a boardwalk. The condo was also equipped with board games and puzzles for the family. The only thing we really needed to bring were the life jackets our kids wore. We were also happily surprised that the complex was generally quiet and there were lots of families with kids so nothing loud at night. Overall, Id highly recommend Sundial and this particular unit to anyone coming to the island!!

Excellent, up to date condo with lots of living space. As Sanibel condos go, the interior of this is as new as you are going to find. Plenty of space to spread out. Modern touches. This unit must have been gutted and redone recently. Nice changes made throughout. Bathroom areas. very functional. Would rent again!

We loved Sundial T-201! We stayed as an extended adult family for our grannys memorial and it could not have been more perfect. Great pool and beach access and all the amenities you would want. We had 4 families staying in the sundial condos and its incredibly convenient to shops, beaches and other destinations.

It was a fabulous week and the accommodations were well suited to our family. Proximity to the pool and beach were easy for 2 of us with back issues to maneuver! I've stayed at many other
Sanibel and Captiva accommodations and the beach was usually a long walk, dragging beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. This was so much more pool/beach accessible!
