This bright and airy unit is located on the fourth floor and just steps away to the beach and pool. It is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom vacation rental condo and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private screened lanai. You will enjoy this newly updated condo which features a full kitchen with granite countertops, dining room and living area with a flat panel TV, DVD player and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master suite has privacy from the living area with French doors and has a king sized bed with views of the gulf from the lanai. Sit back on your screened porch and enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the dolphins and pelicans!

Great condo at a great location! Ocean views are relaxing, screened in porch to enjoy the nighttime and it's only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything you need for fun on the beach is in a convenient ground level storage closet. Definitely adds value compared to other AirBnBs! Hosts are easy to work with and everything is as described!

Awesome location, not only within the island, you don't have to drive too far from the mainland but also within the resort complex itself. >1 min walk to either the beach or the pool. The storage locker is a huge plus, had beach chairs w/the shoulder straps and plenty of beach toys for the kids. Would totally consider staying again.

We loved staying here. Super location, steps from the beach and nice pool. Quiet, super clean, and the sliding doors give a real feeling of a separate bedroom. It was only my husband and I but if you had a couple small kids it would work.Plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas in convenient storage unit) Everyone was friendly and I got a real kick out of overhearing little ones exclaiming Grandma youre here!!. We highly recommend and would rent again.

I wanted to get an early start fishing and explore the island. This place was in just the right location. The unit has a nice view and you can hear the surf from the lanai. The unit is clean with lots of amenities.

Loved the peace and quiet at night. The beach is the best. We went for the beach and it did not disappoint. Found a couple new shells for our collection. Sundial properties maintains a good level of aesthetics in landscape and public amenities. The unit is well equipped for the beach goer! We used double d shuttle, who arranged a free pickup at Publix on the way, graciously helped us get key from lock box. We never left the property. Cooked to our tastes. We would have delighted in having a paring knife. Loved it- thinking about a return trip soon.

Our stay was great. We did make most of our meals there but did check out a couple of restaurants Lots to explore in the area or just hang out at beach or pool. We only did beach as too many kids at pool and not as lot of parental supervision.

Ahhhhhhh, the Beach, the Ocean Breeze, Sunrise Coffee on the Veranda!
This is one BEAUTIFUL efficiency apartment! From the moment I entered and could see the ocean from the extra wide 4th floor glass sliding doors I knew it would be a stress-free stay in Sanibel. The apartment was accurately portrayed in the ad; complete kitchen, roomy bathroom, washer-dryer, TV in the living area and the bedroom and a HUGE comfortable bed! We walked to the beach, found Bailey's fully stocked Store, and a nice beachfront restaurant serving great pizza. This location was perfect for our goal of closing out the world while we relaxed at the beach. We would definitely stay here again, if it has an opening!

Great Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo. Everything was as described. The bed was super comfy and we loved our view from both the bedroom and the living room. The unit was very well stocked. This was our first trip to the island, but wont be our last and if this unit is available, we will definitely stay here again.
