Welcome to Villa Sanibel unit 2B. Our ground floor, two bedroom/two bathroom condo has been recently updated with new living furniture and lanai set. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been updated as well. With sleeping for up to four guests, our vacation rental condo is perfect for a couple or family vacation. The spacious master bedroom suite has a very comfortable king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom just off the bedroom in the hallway. Villa Sanibel 2B features a full kitchen stocked with plenty of dishware and small appliances. The screened lanai is perfect for relaxing pool side and enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Our location is great as you can walk right out to the pool or you are just one building back from the world famous Sanibel Island beach. Villa Sanibel features a heated pool, bbq grills and a tennis court. For those that can't quite leave work behind we do include complimentary high speed wireless internet.

Great location! Our family really enjoyed our time in this property. The pool is right outside the back door, and the beach is just a very short walk away. Easy bicycle ride to the supermarket, restaurants, and nature tracks. The place is as described, spacious and clean. We would definitely stay in this place again.

Ive stayed at the Villa several times, usually in 1C. Its a great complex quiet and relaxed. And 2B was perfect for my trip. Weve been coming to the island for 30 years, now in retirement 3-4 times a year. If 2B had the view, I would have given it a 10 as a vacation spot. Given that caveat, Id recommend it in a heartbeat!

Such a great condo to stay in. The pool is just right outside the lanai, it takes around 5 minutes to walk down the path to the beach. Beautifully decorated! The beds were so comfortable. We absolutely had every single thing we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely rent again!!!!!0

The stay was amazing, the neighbors were awesome, the pool was great, having wifi access was awesome for my kids. The beach was nice, I liked that the Villa Sanibel only had 20 units so its not overly crowded inside the complex. The pillows could be a bit more comfy but thats just minor.

We made the right choice.
After years of coming to Sanibel Island, we finally decided to stay on the island and used this property for our home away from home.
The condo was perfect, we enjoyed closeness to the beach, in fact my wife went out sheeling each morning before breakfast. The condo is ground level, which is great, since you simply walk out of your screened porch right into the gated pool area.
Everything was provided for, the condo was clean, well decorated and for some reason (which my wife would very much like to know) the bed lines were so soft, we all slept soooo good...
